I have been to Belle Astetics several times and love their services. My daughter also is a client undergoing the pro-cell treatment. We both have had vast improvements with our facial skin health and appearance! We have seen Casey, Natalia, and Mel. All are amazing! The staff is very knowledgable and walk you through the treatments and aftercare. Their follow up texts are very helpful and if you have questions, they are very prompt on their responses. I always have great conversations when I’m there. A true local business making relationships that will last. I highly recommend their services.

I booked a facial specifically for acne treatment. I did not have active acne when I arrived. After the facial, I left with breakouts that I did not have prior to my appointment. The acne worsened following the service and has continued, leaving marks and scarring that I am still dealing with. This has been extremely upsetting, especially since the facial was intended to help improve my skin. After the results of the service, we attempted to follow up with the salon regarding a promised refund. After politely inquiring multiple times, both of us were blocked on the owner’s personal and work phone numbers. Even calling from a different number resulted in being blocked. I understand that skin reactions can happen, but being blocked instead of receiving communication or resolution is unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others can make an informed decision before booking. If i could give zero stars i would.

Natalia was amazing! The facial was relaxing and effective at the same time. My face was glowing and felt so soft. The normal price was a little higher than I usually pay but it was a monthly special and I thought it was worth it with the discount. I would recommend if you’re looking to pamper yourself (or someone else).

I booked facials for myself and a friend. I specifically requested a hydrating facial, but afterward my face was extremely red and I experienced an allergic reaction. The owner advised me to order a cream from Amazon instead of offering in-office care. After a lengthy phone call (nearly two hours), I was told I would receive a refund by check. I live two minutes away. It has now been four weeks, no refund has been received, and both my friend and I have since been blocked from contacting the business after politely following up multiple times. Unfortunately, due to the lack of follow-through and communication, I cannot recommend this business.

I literally just left my first appointment at Belle Aesthetics, and I could not wait to tell everyone how amazing this place is! I called the spa a few days before my Procell mircochanneling appt and Casey was so wonderful. She answered every question I had, even the “silly” ones and made me feel really comfortable before coming in. Natalia was training two other aestheticians (apologies for not remembering your names), I could tell I was great hands! Natalia also took time to answer and go over some questions I had at the end. I will definitely be book more services and I’m excited for improving my skin journey. Thank you all.

I came by for a laser hair reduction treatment at their new location. As always, the place is bright and clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. I was very lucky to get the new owner to complete my services and she was OUTSTANDING. She recognized the hair growth patterns and took those into consideration during my treatment without being asked or my having to clarify. She was extremely thorough and took her time to ensure it was done right and I was as comfortable as possible. Through it all, conversation was light and pleasant and we were done very quickly with my feeling like I had more than received what I paid for. I highly recommend her and this salon and will definitely be going back!

Belle Aesthetics is a gorgeous and clean spa. I got a wax and a facial. It was only my second wax and I was feeling embarrassed and scared at first, but Casey made me feel so comfortable and she made it quick and did an amazing job. Also the glo2 facial is so powerful, after 3 sessions I cleared acne on my chin that I had been dealing with for years! So grateful to have found this place and to have found Casey. Highly recommend her and this spa.
