I’ve been going to Ideal Image and overall the service itself is good. But one thing that really disappointed me is their cancellation policy and the way they treat clients when there’s an emergency.I understand having a late cancel fee, and I’ve paid it before without arguing. But their system is extremely strict to the point where even if you cancel 2 minutes after the deadline, they charge you. Recently, on the day of my appointment, I woke up very sick and couldn’t even stand. My husband called them and they still said I had to pay. I called myself after, and they told me the same thing.They asked me to call customer service, and honestly that was the worst part. The representative was extremely rude. I kept explaining that I was sick, and all she kept repeating was “the policy,” as if she didn’t care at all about the situation or about treating customers with basic respect. I finally said that if this is how they treat clients in emergencies, I no longer want to use their services. Suddenly she started insisting that I “can’t do that” because of the policy again. At the end of the day, if a service is not meeting expectations, no “policy” is going to force customers to stay. Policies should guide business not be used to disrespect or guilt people during situations they can’t control.I hope Ideal Image improves their customer service and shows more understanding when clients are genuinely sick or facing emergencies.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I had to for this Ideal Image location, specifically because of Amber. She is truly a gem! I saw Amber for the first time last year after just moving to the area, and I’ll admit I was nervous about trusting a new injector. She immediately put me at ease and did an absolutely phenomenal job with my Botox and lip filler. As a healthcare professional myself, I am very selective, so my standards are high and Amber exceeded them in every way. She knew exactly what I needed, and after seeing multiple NPs and even MDs/DOs over the years, I can confidently say she has done the best work by far. Beyond her technical skill, she embodies everything we value in healthcare: professionalism, attention to detail, patient comfort, and genuine care for helping people feel their best. I just saw her again yesterday for my routine “upkeep,” and despite being the only injector working and incredibly busy during the holiday rush, she was calm, thorough, and delivered her usual exceptional results!! That level of consistency and dedication speaks volumes so I had to leave a review. Ideal Image is extremely lucky to have Amber. She is a hard worker, incredibly talented, and someone I’d hire in my own practice in a heartbeat if I could. For transparency, this is not a paid review, and I don’t know Amber personally. I’m simply a very satisfied patient giving credit where it’s absolutely due. :)

I had an amazing experience with Jodi during my bikini laser hair removal! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and informed about every step of the process. She’s gentle, patient, and always checks in to make sure I’m okay, which made the whole session so much easier. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! Spent $3600 on cool sculpting with absolutely no results!! Basically threw my money away. Everything that was promised to me didn't happen and had difficulty in trying to schedule. I had 6 very painful treatments and had to take the time from work to do them. Would not recommend. When I went for my consultation, the nurse wasn't even there and the office manager acted in her place. As I said NO RESULTS even though I have maintained my weight. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. COOL SCULPTING IS A SCAM
