This review is about four months overdue but, the service I received was so exceptional, I still have to post it. Early this year, I was having a surgical procedure and I would not be able to attend to my normal grooming habits for over eight weeks. I was already receiving laser hair removal services on other body areas, so I called Ideal Image to see what my options were. I spoke to Nick who is nothing short of amazing! The surgery date was right around the corner and my schedule was tight between work and other appointments. Nick was understanding, helpful, extremely personable - not to mention professional. He worked his magic and found me an appointment that met my extremely tight timeline, without having to take more time out of work. Honestly, everyone at this location is amazing! I tell everyone who will listen how happy I am with Nick, Alyssa, all the staff and the services I receive at Ideal Image in Cranston.

I got my first lip filler here, mid July 2025. The people I met during my experience here were funny, nice, informative, and had such great energy to be around. They walked me through every step so easily, and answered all my questions so thoroughly. My lips look so good! I had some bruising happen during my experience, and they even gave me great extra after care tips, to make it go away faster. They even called me a few days later to check up on me, and made sure I knew if anything went wrong they’d be there to help correct it. I loved the people, and I felt safe and supported during (and after) my treatment. Thanks everyone for making it an experience to remember!

Since the moment I walked in, everyone I had spoken to were very welcoming and helpful. I met with Alyssa and Amanda for lip fillers. Both were awesome, explained and answered all questions I had; such as general information since it was my first time there along with specific questions I had about my lips. Also both made me feel very comfortable and were very encouraging and enthusiastic throughout my duration with them. Very happy with my results, and will totally recommend Ideal Image to anyone I know looking for treatments that the company provides.

Technicians are always pleasant, it is unfortunate that they are always changing though, I’ve had 4 different techs so far - that should at least be mentioned upfront due to the personal nature of treatments, or just be kept consistent. I’ve had issues throughout my treatment with the business cancelling my appointments due to “no provider” consistently which pushes time between treatments, unsure if that has a negative impact on progress. Other than that I don’t like how much they upsell you at time of sign up, saying “free touch ups for life” and “what a good deal you’re getting to never shave again” …. But after you sign on, pay and start treatments they tell you it’s only guaranteed for 80% removal and that yearly touchups are necessary for life and they are not free … I likely would have made a different decision on committing to this.

I get my Botox, filler, and Clear & brilliant laser facials all done here regularly. What I love about this place is the staff is always helpful and I always get good deals without compromising quality. I love the Clear and brilliant laser facials! It helps with my skin texture and overall brightness of my skin. I also have my favorites but all the nurses are great. :) There has also been a change of management within this year, that has also been a great improvement.

Emma is a fantastic Nurse, and treats you with patience and empathy with laser hair removal. She is efficient yet always ready to stop if you need a break. She also makes you feel comfortable around sensitive areas. The Cranston location is also very relaxing, and is located in an easily accessible spot. 6-STARS!!!

I had my lips done four years ago at a very prestigious, very expensive, highly sought-after medical spa in my area. While I was happy with the results, the experience itself was extremely painful and far from enjoyable. This time around, I was genuinely shocked by how comfortable and pleasant the entire process was. The injections were so much less painful, and on top of that, I’m absolutely obsessed with my results! I truly wish I had come here the first time. I can’t recommend Alyssa enough, she’s amazing, and I’ll definitely be back to see her again!
