Dr. Cruz is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Although he is very busy due to his expertise, he remains accommodating and truly listens to his patients’ feedback. I have been very pleased with my results. He always takes the time to address all of my skin concerns and creates a thoughtful treatment plan to achieve the results I am looking for. Additionally, both my brother and father underwent Mohs surgery and were extremely satisfied with their outcomes. Dr. Cruz and his team are thorough in ensuring patients understand each procedure and feel comfortable throughout the process. I recently had an excision and will be undergoing Mohs surgery next month. I cannot express enough how thorough and attentive this practice is. Skin cancer is very serious, and having doctors with the expertise to properly identify and treat it provides tremendous peace of mind.

Getting a referral and scheduling an appointment was a breeze, which is not usually the case. The doctor was knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked with me to find solutions. We put together a clear game plan to address my issues. The office is nice, and the staff is friendly, organized, and professional. They also offer convenient off-street parking in a private lot located behind the office for patients only.

I have been going to skin pros for many years! But recently started seeing Dr Cruz for laser treatment! I was extremely impressed with his initial consultation! Detailed and answered all questions in great detail. I recently went for a follow up and when in most instances with Doctors they could change you at will for short visits but not Dr Cruz. When discussing our next visit he explained cost and what procedures would be. Highly recommend Dr Cruz

Where do I begin? I love Dr. Stephen Cullen! He is the absolute BEST dermatologist that this state has to offer. He is very educated, professional, respectful, reliable, and trustworthy. I fully trust Dr. Cullen with every suggestion or recommendation he makes and makes sure I'm educated on my skin and hair type which helped tremendously. He educated me on the risk and rewards of any treatment plan that WE decided to move forward with. Yes , I said we... He includes me on the treatment plan, we discuss what can work for me if I put the time and effort in and he was right every step of the way. He has listened to everyone one of my concerns or complaints and makes me feel like I am being heard and taken care of. He is the absolute best and I am so grateful to have met him. You will be in the best hands! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10 5 stars 🌟 all day!!!!!!! My skin inside and out is 10000% better! Thank you 😊 💓🙏🏽

I have been going to SkinPros for a few years for regular skin checks and I've always been very happy with my experience with Mark. He is fantastic, and I have given SkinPros many referrals off of my experience with him. A couple of months ago, I made an appointment to see Dr. Cruz for some concerns I had about my skin and paid the $100 consultation fee up front. Fast forward to this past Thursday, and my 2pm appointment with Dr. Cruz lasted all of 4 minutes, with no examination of my skin. I was told that both procedures I requested wouldnt work, and I was written an RX for a cream the would take up to a year to work. I was not too happy, but left with my RX in hand amd figured he knew best. The next day, an immediate family member of mine who also goes to Dr. Cruz told me they had 3 of the treatments I asked for, as did two other family memebers. One of them was also given the same RX I was, but double the strength. Their complexions and issues are similar to mine, but for some reason I was not given the same courtesy or the treatment that I know are common for my concerns. I've never paid a bigger fee to see a Dr., while at the same time feeling ripped off and not seen at all. I won't be going back to SkinPros for any services and will be finding a new dermatologist for my routine visits. I can't walk back into that place knowing how badly I was just ripped off. A complete waste of money. 4 MINUTES, no examination of my skin at all. How do you justify that? RESPONSE TO SKINPROS: I was in my car and pulling out of your parking lot at 2:07pm. I was taken in the exam room by his assistant at 2pm, where she spent a couple of minutes asking questions and taking pictures. I dont appreciate the insinuation that I am lying, or the fact that I paid $100 and didn't even get my skin looked at. Not sure how you can defend that. Im not cheap, I was prepared to pay for a treatment, but $100 for 4 mins is criminal. Also, a laser can be targeted to areas where there is no hair growth, no? Or maybe the other treatment I suggested that I know is common for my issue? Why take a $100 consult fee from a man who specified the consultation was for laser treatments, if you dont do laser where hair grows? That doesn't sound ethical. The reason for my visit was also confirmed by his assistant before Dr Cruz came into the room. At some point you should take some of these criticisms people give you and use it to get better, rather than come back with attitude and insinuations that these reviewers aren't telling the truth.
