I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Paul and Dr LaProva are the best in the business. They don’t try and over sell products or treatments and give honest feedback. They are always up on the newest tech and research for what works and what doesn’t. I will not go anywhere but Agape!

I had laser hair removal here, the spa is wonderful, clean and inviting. The staff that performed the procedure were professional and nice. Overall the experience was good however the results are what I am disappointed with. I completed the 6 package session and it all grew back immediately after stopping. I understand it does grow back and you need repeat sessions but for it all to grow back right away feels like a complete waste of time, money and keeping out of the sun for nothing. There was an initial consult to determine if I was a good candidate, not sure what happened as I have dark brown hair but that is my frustration. Update: the spa was very accommodating and based on my feedback offered for me to come back and have my areas touched up free of charge. I will take them up on that and I appreciate their level of customer service and standing by their products/doing what it takes to make it right for the customer.
