Milan Laser in Columbia, SC has the best customer service EVER! Upon arrival Megan warmly greeted me and offered water. She was incredibly sweet and informative during our consultation. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I’ve had laser at another location but I’d never had anyone explain in-depth the before/during and after details of the process. Megan was able to get me scheduled for my treatment the next day and I was treated by Angie. Angie was also very kind, patient and she answered all of my questions with detail. She talked me through the treatment the entire time and made sure I was okay. I highly recommend this location. 10/10!

I’ve been getting leg laser hair removal for a few months at this place Milan - Forest Acres and two ladies that work there have been beyond sweet and knowledgeable about procedure and pricing (deals). I’m thankful to the Nurse Practitioner, she is always checking with me during the laser procedure to make sure if I need any adjustments. Also, I appreciate her reiterating the side effects that occur after the end of the laser and willingness to answer any questions I may have. Not to mention, I just enjoy our conversations. The reception, Meagan, is always polite and welcoming when it comes to changing appointments, getting quotes, and just coming in. Thank you to both of you ladies! I have sensitive skin and suffered from constant ingrown hairs, and was recommended Milan for skin tone inclusive laser treatment that might help with my problem. After one treatment, my hair started growing back slower and my ingrowns halted, and they actually have had time to heal for once. Treatment is quick, but careful and considerate.
