The staff is knowledgeable and kind and although this was my first time here, they treated me like family. I went on Saturday and today is Monday and I am swollen and concerned BUT I think I am freaking myself out. I have a follow up in 2 weeks for extra filler for the Pretty Eyes package and I will most likely get it. The care they took with everything they did and since I went on the recommendation of a long time client of theirs I was overall very happy with the service. It is costly but honestly I have only had 3 full days of recovery and I am fully aware it takes time. Very respectful, respectable and I thoroughly appreciated the time each staff member took with me. The staff is beautiful and kind, funny and honest. Great place…. Update on separate appointment—- Shannen and Ashley were great on my face and lips last Friday. I actually have a follow up tomorrow to address some issues or a better word would be questions about some of the facial fillers but I’m sure they will be accommodating and I will leave impressed as usual.

After reading online reviews, I scheduled my appointment with Allure. Everything was straightforward, from the easy to navigate website to scheduling my appointment. I was happy to see that I could schedule my appointment online and didn't have to wait weeks which sealed the deal for me. At my appointment, Shannon walked me through their process and additional packages they offered and I was pleasantly surprised by the value. Ashley the Nurse Practitioner was fantastic with her review of my concerns and I felt good about the services that I would be getting that day. I genuinely appreciated the time and attention given to me by Shannon and Ashley during my visit and look forward to my follow-up. Hightly recommend.

So I’ve been going to Allure since I moved here in April. The first time I came for Botox they were great. It definitely made a difference and the nurse that injected me was great. Then I got on semaglutide and that was horrible I wasted 1100 on 3 months of nothing.(lesson learned) Then I go back for my Botox injection and waited over 30 minutes in the room and the nurse comes in and says sorry I was on tik tok. Then she rushed through my injections and it was horrible. It has only been about a month and half and it’s horrible. She didn’t get my peak points. Looks like when I first started going. My wrinkles are so visible. I will never go back there again. Come to find out my friend who used to come to Allure feels the same way. 2 customers lost. You need better people..

I had a clear and brilliant done at the Greenville office today. I was nervous, cause my skin is so sensitive and scared to try anything. My girl Shannen made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. I left the office knowing I was in good hands and can't wait to see her again in December.

Be cautious of all the promotions — and definitely read the reviews! I am completely dissatisfied with the filler I received. The “$399 lip filler” promotion is misleading, and despite spending over $2,500 on Botox and filler, the results were extremely minimal. My lips looked like nothing had been done at all. And don’t fall for the hype about receiving “FREE FILLER” at a follow-up visit — nothing is truly free, and the results were just as disappointing. I ultimately had to visit a different med spa and spent more money to achieve the results I should have received the first time at Allure! I was also very concerned to see staff enter the room with open syringes. All needles should be sealed and opened in front of the patient for proper sanitary and safety practices — not carried in a wire basket already unwrapped. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, management wasn’t interested in hearing it. Instead, they repeatedly told me how “beautiful” I looked, which felt disingenuous and dismissive rather than helpful. The over-the-top compliments, refusal to acknowledge my concerns, and the constant upselling of services and products were the final straw for me.
