I’m not someone who ever writes bad reviews but I tried troubleshooting this for a very long time only to be mistreated by their manager and never allowed to speak to Dr/owner. I took a giant leap of faith purchasing a bingo card for a lot of money to try different services each month for discounted prices- most of which I had never tried. My first session was with very nice lady who helped me map out a plan and did first session. At the next session I was told the previous person had left and the machine for the service I was going to try was broken. They substituted a similar procedure without much discussion and were not familiar with the plan the previous person had agreed to. The Dr did come into the room before the service and I was very nice- I’ve not seen or heard from her since. As the next session approached at the beginning of 2025 we had snow and the spa closed. Someone called to reschedule but I asked if I’d still get a discount if I did 2 the next month due to schedule conflicts at the time. No one ever called me back with the answer. I have called and stopped by to try to figure this out only to play phone tag with the manager who gave up returning my calls and has left me extremely disappointed. I rarely spend that kind of money on myself so it’s been an extra painful experience. I’ve never dealt with a business where a manager refuse to allow any communication w the owner and left a situation w a customer very unfavorable and unresolved. I’m not sure the owner even knows this or will ever see this but I want to at least spare others from a similar experience

I had my first lymphatic drainage Christen was amazing. Incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable educating me at what she was doing . I look forward to scheduling more treatments. UPDATE: between front desk and their billing manager not returning my calls or my email on getting my claim formed filled out to get reimbursed by my health insurance. This is utterly frustrating. I’ve been told “she is busy,” translation: too busy to take 10 mins to either call me back with the information I need which is only the EIN # and medical code for lymphatic massage. Will not be doing future business with them. Very difficult and disappointing.

Their lymphatic massage services have made a tremendous difference in my health and overall recovery process. From the moment I walked in, the staff made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for. Christen, in particular, went above and beyond every session. She is not only incredibly skilled but also highly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I felt at ease throughout. After each session, I left feeling significantly better—physically and emotionally. The difference in my healing progress has been remarkable. It’s rare to find such a high level of professionalism and genuine care all in one place.
