I went to The Derma for a facial and dermaplaning. When I arrived I was greeted by Bryan Mills and taken into the room immediately. The environment was very nice and relaxing. The treatment felt great. My face was noticeably smoother, my makeup goes on easier, and Bryan was able to take care of some dark spots under my eyes. I can't wait to go back!

Being 25 and noticeably losing your hair can take its toll on ones self confidence. I’ve been trying different things since I was 21 to somehow reverse what was happening to my hair. Things from vitamins, different shampoos, the micro-fiber powder (which only masks the hair loss), Apple cider vinegar, super-foods, etc. a hair transplant was quoted to me for $12,000(definitely couldn’t afford that). So I started shaving my head to avoid the comments being made about my chrome dome. I was still searching for something that could fix my problem or at least slow it down when my sister told me about a co-worker of hers that had the PRP treatment at the Derma in Cookeville. Her co-worker sent me pictures of his progress and it was pretty impressive. Especially since it was only one treatment. I started doing my research on the PRP treatment and found that it looked promising. Of course, every persons experience is going to be different and I knew going into it that for whatever reason, it may not work for me. And that’s okay. I didnt have anything else to lose (except more hair lol.) I scheduled a consultation at The Derma to see if I’d really be interested. There I was greeted by Brian and Mona. It was very informative, professional and fun. They’re both fantastic people! After inspecting my scalp and follicles they were both positive that this would change my hair growth. Again, Mona did mention that every one has a different experience with different results, but with me being so young she thought I had a fighting chance of getting my hair back. I appreciated the fact they weren’t pushy, but rather caring and accommodating. Fast forward to the day of my first treatment. I was Incredibly nervous/excited. Mona started off with reminding me of the process and warning me about certain pains I might feel. Her and Brian started the treatment. The needling was definitely uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Mona was very patient and attentive anytime she would notice a needling that hurt. Stopping to make sure I was okay and didn’t need a break. The treatment was a lot quicker than I expected! She is very fast when the treatment starts, which is good because after creating the plasma they only have a certain amount of time before it isn’t useable. 9 minutes I think, but don’t quote me. Fast forward to today. I went in for my second treatment. This past month I sadly still don’t have a full head of hair. BUT!!! I can see little black spots starting to sprout in my receding hairline! Also, the top of my hair is growing a lot quicker than it did before the treatment. The second treatment went just as well, If not better, than the first. Mona and Brian make it a comfortable experience. They aren’t “all business” and just focusing on the money they’re making. They make you feel welcomed. They were just as excited and happy for me as I was with the progress I’m already seeing. So I just made this incredibly long review to say- Ignore the bad reviews. You can’t please everyone. Everyone has a different result. All I can tell you is to find out for yourself! If it doesn’t work, you at least know it isn’t for you. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I had PRP done on my face, and I am very pleased with the results. I didn’t tell anyone at first, but I had many people comment and ask what I had done to make my skin look so much better. I happily told them about PRP and The Derma. I am excited to get it done again soon! Thanks Mona, Dawn and Brian!

I absolutely love Dawn! There seriously isn’t a better place for Botox injections. She is super friendly and has so much experience. Excellent location & prices too!!!

This is the best place to get Botox and it is so reasonable. I can get all my crow's feet done for $120. The staff is professional and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE!!!!!!! Total Waste of money my husband had prp treatment for hair loss ,seen no difference in hair growth and now they are not responding to our messages ,that is not a way a business suppose to treat their clients
