My mom purchased CoolSculpting for her double chin and paid $2,700 for what was presented as three sessions. All scheduling and information were handled through the online sales team, specifically a representative named Tara Carico, who clearly stated that my mom would receive three sessions. My mom completed two sessions, and afterward I received a call stating that she was “good” and did not need to come in for a third session, but that we could schedule a follow-up appointment in December. This was confusing, given what we were originally told. I called and spoke with Zoey to discuss the discrepancy. Crystal did call back, and my mom later went in for an in-person evaluation, where they acknowledged that some results were visible. At that point, they offered the third session at no additional cost, and she is scheduled to go in today. As paying customers, we were also assured that this treatment was a lifetime result—once the fat is gone, it’s gone. Additionally, my mom clearly communicated from the beginning that she needed this completed before my brother’s wedding in January. She will be leaving soon, so at this point we are waiting to see what can be done within that timeframe. I was also informed that they have since eliminated their online sales team and that some of the information provided online was “hyped up.” I made it clear that if online consultations are offered, the clinic has a responsibility to ensure accurate, consistent information upfront to avoid miscommunication. I will update my review once I am fully satisfied with both the final results and how today’s appointment goes. Overall the staff is nice.

The staff here is absolutely amazing!! Ashley was my nurse who do did my Botox and she was so sweet! She asked me all the questions about what I normally like and executed exactly what I wanted and was so gentle! Meredith checked me in and was such a light. They truly were the BEST part of my day. Love them here and can’t wait for my next appointment. ♥️

I purchased thousands of dollars worth of services from this location on my good credit and paid them all as agreed. I was unable to use those packages, other than a couple of sessions. I recently visited Ideal Image to see if I could use the packages I purchased and they told me I had a window of time available to use those services and they WILL NOT honor any unused portions of the services I purchased because that window of time has passed. It is unjust for a business to be able to collect money for services not rendered and offer no benefit for unused services! Needless to say, this has been a total waste of money with no results. And when I would try to make appointments there was little or no availability for the times I needed. Please do not waste your time and money here. The Botox I was lucky enough to get an appointment for , didn’t last as long and was not as effective as OTHER treatments I have had at different service providers NOT at Ideal Image. I recommend using a reputable independent provider that understands your personal needs and will work with you. This review will probably be deleted soon because they are allowed to delete bad reviews. But I will review this again to make sure I’m heard.

I had a great nurse. Skyler was very helpful in helping me decide the best option for being my first time. They helped switch the bundle I had received to save me some money. I decided to do a different part of the face and so glad I did. She was professional and friendly and the lady at front counter took the time to look into if there was any other option to help with the difference in cost. Very happy with the results and will definitely be back for future touch ups and other procedures. Thank you for a great experience!!

Laser hair removal has saved my life!! The amount of confidence I can now have is just the beginning. I am having to shave almost every day or at least every other day and to have a treatment that gets all of that hair gone is truly a gift. My first treatments have not been bad at all. Some minor itching but nothing crazy. My provider talked to me the entire time to ease some of the nerves from the unknown. Very friendly staff! Amazing results!

Great experience here! Skylar listened to what I felt I needed. Recent weight loss had my face all saggy looking with no cheeks. After consulting with Skylar and going thru with our plan,I came out feeling like a million bucks! I feel like I look younger and more"alive" Several have commented on how I " just look good" . (They can't say for sure what's different) Thank you so much Skylar and all the staff here! I'll definitely be back!!

*NOT specific to this location.* But I have PCOS and ideal image convinced me I'd have a "lifetime membership" and then went out of business in asheville, nc. Screwed me over. Also, laser hair removal here did nothing. Went to a local place and it actually worked. I wasted so much money here on hair removal. SUCKS. I did so much research to see if it worked and it didn't. Don't waste your money ladies who struggle with facial hair. It doesn't work from these people.
