The exam was a joke. I was waiting for Guiness to come out and award the world record for fastest exam. I was rushed, constantly interrupted, flustered. 2 nurses in exam rm who seemed to be training on how fast to turn patients. My aftercare instructions were given on 3 post-it notes. Professional it was not. Only good thing was I didn't have to wait long. But I suppose if the exam lasts 3-5 minutes you shouldn't have to wait in lobby very long. Overall rating: terrible, unprofessional, come to think of it they didn't even tell me what was wrong with my heels so add no diagnosis to the list. I guess they were in too big of a hurry to tell me what was wrong w/ me. Don't go here. Find another clinic.

Wonderful experience. Apparently I got my appointment time wrong but the young woman at the front was able to move me. I didn’t wait longer than 3 minutes. The nurse was kind and friendly and we had a nice conversation. Dr Loven was friendly and efficient. Took care of 3 areas of concern, shaving one mole with no pain whatsoever. Thank you for a 5 star experience. :)

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment just to take off work and get there and be turned away because they didn't accept my secondary insurance and wouldn't just bill my primary and just let me pay my copay in office. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even try and explain i had to call the billing dept(separate company) that advised i should go else where. I'm so glad i won't be going back to this office. I'm sure there is a better office I could visit in the nashville area.

Started my trip with a severe lack of parking. The waiting room was packed and I had to stand in front of the door. I went to the restroom and it was disgusting. The nurse was unpleasant and set her laptop on the bed paper, which she didn’t seem interested in changing prior to my naked body on this paper. The physician barely seemed to look at me and after a second opinion from another office, I learned that his recommendation was hazardous to my health. Do not waste your time.

My son was covered under TN Covers Kids insurance program and was being treated here for severe acne with Aquitaine, which has potential side effects. We were told that he would need to be on it 9+ months. About 5 months into his treatment (and seeing improvements) some regime change happened there, and all of a sudden they no longer accepted his insurance and he was dropped with no warning! Although she later apologized, the lady from the office was extremely rude and hateful to my wife on the phone. After searching for another doctor, it took months to finally get an appointment and he will now have to introduce the drug into his system again, and be on it for longer because of their actions. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Receptionists were helpful and accommodating to my schedule, the required paperwork was straight forward and minimal, I was seen on time, the nurse was friendly and competent as well as Dr Claude. It was a great experience overall.

Took my mom here to get a simple cyst checked out and possibly removed. We'd been told this was the place to have that taken care of since her friends had had some cysts removed here before. Waited in the waiting room about 30-40 minutes. The nurse's attitude wasn't the greatest(I was in shock when she actually cracked a smile at me). The doctor came in and asked a couple questions, literally 2-3, and one included if the cyst caused my mom any pain. She said "yes that it was constantly and gave her pretty bad headaches. The doctor basically said "sorry, we can't fix that here, you'll need to see a plastic surgeon." Then had the audacity to say "or since your hair covers it up, you can just leave it" My mother was in pain. We aren't going to just let her continue to suffer. I also should have timed our time with the doctor because I guarantee it was less than 3 minutes. There was no help whatsoever. We could've gone to the family doctor and either got the same information or gotten it taken care of and would have saved a ton of money. We do not recommend this place. This place is a joke. We will NOT be returning.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Loven's for about 2 years. He is great. We've been fighting acne and have decided to go on accutane. Because of the side effects there are some hoops to jump through. Peggy in the Rivergate office has been extremely helpful in working with the insurance and other hoops required. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is occasionally we've had to wait for up to an hour after our appointment.

These guys work FAST! They have a lot of patients but were able to work me in immediately when I was in pain. They don't dilly dally and get you straight in for treatment. I don't usually post reviews but I'm so relieved after being here I just had to!

Check in involves them giving you a filled out form and all you have to do is fix incorrect items. I wish other doctors offices would learn from these guys instead of having you fill out a brand-new blank form every single time you show up. I enjoy my visits because I'm here to see the doctor, not play medical insurance games. Additionally the staff is super friendly. I can enter and leave with a smile! Great job guys/gals!
