Please arrive 15 minutes early. Did that. 45 minutes later, walked out. Apparently they don't know how to schedule people. Previous appointment was told they were going to call something in. Never did. Now I had to have a new appointment to get a cream. Very uncomfortable chairs in waiting room. I'm done. Won't be back

Amazing staff. Highly professional. Had a skin condition misdiagnosed by my primary provider and PA Annie Ayres figured it out pretty quickly and gave exceptionally effective treatment. Not only that but while I was there she noticed a mole that was suspect and had it checked which turned out to be a melanoma that was promptly removed. I go there frequently and the nurses are just amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

From the front desk to the staff everyone was very edgy and kind of rude. No one there looks happy or is pleasant. Perhaps it's a bad day for all if them or they just hate working at Lakeway. The PA was nicer and truly seemed to care. He was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what we were dealing with. They display a lot of lovely Christian literature out front but it's just a display, no kindness or joy to be found. The exam room was also dirty.

If you are expecting friendly on time personable care this isn't the place to go. Doctors and staff are a little rude and they are never on time. Very unhappy with the level of care given and lack of appointment timeliness. Our appointment time was at 3:15 to get stitches removed and we were on time. At 4:00 I asked why 4 others who came in after we did had been seen and how much longer would it be.. I was told that the nurse that removes stitches was busy with the other patients because they were short handed and she really didn't know how much longer it would be. Very unprofessional. We left and won't be going back as this isn't our first poor experience here.

I visited Daniel Kachelmyer, PA-C and had a great experience. He eventually referred me elsewhere. But he still called several weeks after my final appointment to check in. While I hope I do not need him again, Lakeway Dermatology is at the top of my list. Update: I honestly can't say enough about Daniel Kachelmyer. After a previous doctor told me there were no other options, (i.e. "there is no new magic") Mr. Kachelmyer proved differently. For the first time, I feel like I found a Doc who cared enough to try different approaches until we found success. And fortunately, he was, in fact, successful. My life was literally on hold. Couldn't work. Socializing was out of the question. And now I'm 100% better. These few paragraphs can't begin to express my gratitude.

Great experience, they did their best to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone is super nice and Dr. Faulk is amazing, he was telling jokes and humming the whole time. Had surgery on my face and the scar isn't even noticable

Went in for an appointment. Everyone that came in before and after me were all seen but me. 30 minutes past appointment time I asked how much longer, you are next for that dr. 45 minutes after that still sitting in waiting room. This is now 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time. Ask what the problem is and they don't know but they are fixing to call you back. I ask what the hold up is and they can't tell me. I told them we were leaving and will not be back.
