So, so happy to have discovered Levy Dermatology in Collierville. My experience with this office was simply wonderful. From signing in to the care I received. I have had 4 appointments with them so far and every single time I was treated compassionately and tenderly. They truly care about their patients. They are thorough and answer all your questions. This whole office is professional and kind. They are one of the best clinics I have ever been too. I am so thankful for their treatments and care they provide.

I have to say that I have a habit of reading reviews on all of my new encounters. I was a little apprehensive about keeping this appointment. The reviews were really bad. However, I realized the reviews were from over five years ago. A newly formed practice will have their hiccups. I started reading more recent reviews. There was praise for everyone. I concur. From the moment I walked through the door, there was a welcoming environment. Not a long wait time before making it to the back. Of course, I am really bad with names. The MA was wonderful. We continued our conversation after the appointment was over. Dr. Barry explained everything to my understanding. Levy Dermatology is a practice that I will highly recommend, and I will be letting my PCP know, good job.

I don’t usually post books when reviewing, so forgive the length, but I just HIGHLY recommend Levy to anyone looking for a great dermatologist, or who just needs help with a specific dermatological malady. I had so many issues coming in I wasn’t sure where to start, but Dr. Flippo was able to quickly put my mind at ease as he efficiently laid out a (simple) skincare regime that works beautifully as well as RX’ing the needed creams. My hands were very, very red and had become (literally) scaly, painful and dry seemingly overnight. He pinpointed the issue and took care of it. After a breakout of milia, I was panicking because it was so bad and he quickly put me right at ease, giving me the tools to clear up the milia. I had one of the best experiences with a medical appointment at my most recent visit - I explained to Dr. Flippo how I couldn’t look in a mirror without wanting to cry because my skin has gone SO downhill since I turned 40 and his response was real surprise. “You have great skin, thank your lucky stars for it because your skin looks and feels far younger than [40]. Enjoy it!” I asked about Botox and, instead of taking up a sales opportunity, he told me to ‘wait and see, maybe later’ - Guys, this sent me to the moon because I can’t tell you how awful I’ve been feeling about myself and my skin. My husband always says I’m seeing things that aren’t there, but when Dr. Flippo said it, of course, I believed it! He is a very honest and genuine physician, as I’m sure are all of his associates at Levy. They are an overall fantastic team up there (I go to the Poplar location), always professional and so courteous. So the visits are always efficient and even enjoyable. 5 stars!

I have been a patient at Levy Dermatology since moving to Memphis in 2015. I see Dr. Levine in the Memphis office and Dr. Caroline Moreland in the Collierville office. I am so lucky to be a patient at Levy Dermatology. The doctors take their time with you, they answer all of your questions and don’t try to rush you. That is very important to me, because I usually have a lot of questions ~ lol. Seriously though, if I do forget something and I call, the nurses are more than happy to answer my questions. The entire staff is not only professional, but personable. You feel like you’re part of the of a family, not just a patient in a doctors office. I am a patient at Levy Dermatology for several skin issues as well as for cosmetic treatment, No matter what I am being treated for I’m always happy. I 100% recommend Levy Dermatology. If you have teenagers or young children with skin issues Levy Dermatology is definitely who you want to take them to. My son started going there when he was 16 years old for acne. He is now 20 years old and goes in for follow ups and from day one he has always loved it. My son is very shy, but not with the staff at Levy Dermatology he’s absolutely not shy at all, and loves the staff. I can’t say enough great things about Levy Dermatology. I will just leave you with my review and recommendation that if you have dermatology needs, please go to Levy Dermatology!

I Normally have great experiences here at Levy until I met Dr. Barry today. Not only did I hear him and his nurse laughing at me in the hallway about my symptoms, he didnt give a darn. My issue was that my dogs have mites and I got scabies from this situation. I explained to him that my scabies rash is clearing up from an old permethrin prescription prescribed from another doctor and just asked for a prescription for some more cream. He stated that humans dont get scabies from dogs and vice versa. Some crap that I never heard. He stated that since my rash is clearing up, he doesnt need to prescribe me anything. He said the prescription for peremthrin was not necessary. I was like OK that's fine. Next I have these strange nodules that come on the back of my leg out the blue sometimes. They disappear so quickly that I decided to take a picture. I showed him the picture and ask what does he recommend. He stated its nothing he could do since the nodules are not present. I told him that I understand but they are never going to be present long enough to set an appointment and see him. Thats the reason for the pictures. He stated well it cant be cancer and anything that disappears cant be hharmful.i honesty wss hoping to get recommended to someone else. He didnt care. Thats fine. I always refer people to Levy but after today, never again. I will never return.
