I absolutely love Dr. Muse. She is such a loving and caring OBGYN, and watching her work has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. She delivered my baby on 12/16/25, and she did it with so much ease and confidence. You can truly tell she has been doing this for a long time and is extremely skilled at what she does. Dr. Muse is very kind, but my visits did not meet my expectations. At my first appointment, I came prepared with a list of concerns, but the visit felt rushed since she had a timer in her phone she kept checking. I also left without the resources I requested. At my follow-up, my labs were reviewed quickly and a glucose monitor was placed without any education. I again left without my concerns being addressed. While I understand doctors are busy, I was hoping for more time, attention, and guidance as a new patient.

There was a change in the office and they needed to change my appointment. They called the Friday before my Tuesday appointment and I forgot to change it in my calendar. I showed up on the wrong day and they were very gracious towards me. I drove over an hour for the appointment, so they called the doctor to have her order my labs and took care of me. They didn't have to do any of that and I am so grateful. Muse's staff is great, and I want to be notified and offered the option to be used or not used for training purposes. Edit, 1 year later: One year later and I am still very happy with this doctor's office. Dr. Muse explains everything well and takes her time. Online, Dr. Muse responds to messages extremely fast and goes out of her way to make sure i have what i need, like managing my HRT with my compound pharmacist. I have never more comfortable going to the doctor. Mrs. Kim draws blood so gently, you could sleep through it! I cannot express my gratitude for this office enough.

I've only been to this office twice. First visit I waited in the hallway next to the scale for 20 minutes. I even gave them a second chance and waited for my results for over a month and a half. Today 9-2-25 @ 9:10 am I'm trying to call the office and it rings 10 times then they hang up. If I get charged for a no show I'll keep everyone posted.

From the beginning, communication was poor, and we often felt like we were just another number rather than people going through a life-changing experience. Our concerns were frequently brushed off, and questions were met with rushed or dismissive answers. When complications arose, we felt unsupported and uninformed. This lack of empathy and professionalism had real emotional consequences during a time when we needed reassurance and guidance the most. We are heartbroken by how things unfolded, and while we understand that outcomes can’t always be controlled, the lack of care and compassion absolutely can be and should be addressed. I hope our review encourages others to ask hard questions before putting their trust in this practice, and I sincerely hope the clinic reflects on how they treat their patients moving forward. TN care needs to truly vet Medicare providers when it comes to low income patients because they matter too.

I was referred to Dr. Muse in 2021, for my daughter and the issues she had going on. From calling to set up the appointment and getting in within a week or two and not having to wait months was definitely top tier for me. When we got there from filling out paperwork and getting to the back was normal appt service. I’m in the medical field and know that doctors have more serious patients so I wasn’t worried about the time. When she came in, she introduced herself, she listened to my daughter, asking questions that only she knew to ask. She did a full assessment of her, bloodwork, referrals and follow up. I would and will always recommend her because I’ve been to others that didn’t do what she did. She has also delivered my first grandson, and always answered any and all concerns even if she was closed. She’s always accessible when you need her. She goes above and beyond for her patients and this isn’t for show… she’s a caring, loving, and will do everything in her power to help her patients.
