I have been a satisfied customer for almost three years. I work midnights and woke up late call the office and was informed I would have to pay just over five hundred dollars for a missed appointment. This is ludicrous. I asked for the office manager and when I was connected to her she was extremely RUDE AND VILE never giving me a chance no to complete a sentence. It was like being in a street brawl. Total LACK OF PROFESSIONISM BACK ALLEY BEHAVIOR YELLING at a customer is completely unacceptable. Veronica is a great person unfortunately she has.surrounded herself with the opposite character representing her business.Ii willNot return and will CEASE to send business to her office.

Veronica is an angel! I’m convinced she’s a gift from the Gods. I started seeing her about 3 years ago and she has completely transformed my skin. I’ve been to many estheticians and spas in Memphis over the years and she is absolutely THE BEST! Whatever she tells me to do, I LISTEN! She is always cheerful and glowing, always eager to accommodate my needs. The regimen she recommended for me years ago is still working and I couldn’t be happier with my skin. The Obagi products are the best. As she stated “Obagi is the gold standard of skincare”. While it’s an investment as far as price, it’s also an investment as far as your skin. And I deserve the best! I’ve never had a bad experience with her or any of her staff, I’m a client for life!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. Not because of the services they provided (because Veronica is amazing) but because of the NASTY customer service I just encountered. I purchased a $100 gift certificate for my best friends 40th birthday because I wanted her to start coming here with me; I’ve received many treatments from multiple people on staff here as well as purchased make up and skin products. She called today to schedule an appt to use her certificate and was told it expired 6 months after the purchase date (which was a MONTH ago). This was written on the certificate and to be fair, it is her fault for not calling sooner (she should have looked closer). Both my friend and I called Spa Therapies separately to see if they could at least honor a part of the certificate ($100 is alot of money to me) and the employee we dealt with (Vicki) was extremely rude, yelling at both of us and threatening to hang up because she didn’t want to talk with us further on the matter. She refused to try to rectify the situation. Also, this place is apparently operating under a different name with new owners who must not need new customers or existing ones at that! You don’t treat people like that and expect them to keep frequenting your establishment. Buyer beware.
