I had such a great experience with Lauren. This was my first Botox consultation and I came in knowing basically nothing, but she made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and focused on a very natural, conservative approach rather than pushing anything I didn’t need.

I will preface my review by stating that everyone who works at this location is lovely and so was my provider. I waited until an adequate amount of time passed to make a conclusion about the treatment that I received, since results can take some time to fully show up. Since my last appointment was almost four months ago, I can now make the conclusion that the RF microneedling with Vivace did absolutely nothing, and actually made the issues I had worse. I came in wanting to target sebaceous hyperplasia and a sagging jawline that is starting to lose definition. I was told in advance that the results would be subtle, but that everyone who had the treatment up to that point definitely noticed a difference. I see absolutely zero difference in my jawline and multiple people have pointed out my sebaceous hyperplasia actually looks worse. I came into this with realistic expectations and did not expect to look like a whole new person, but there is a difference between subtle results and no results. This is a very costly treatment and I feel like I was robbed since I could not get my money back if the treatment did not work. I could not even get a credit. I wish I spent my hard-earned money on something else. I have had more noticeable results from a peel or a facial. In conclusion, save your money.

Love the staff at OVME.\ Brie has a great eye and keeps my forehead *snatched*, Delaney keeps me nice and glowey. I have a monthly membership and I look forward to my monthly appointments! They’re never pushy or try to make you buy things you don’t need nor want. I feel like they listen to my concerns and work with me on my skincare goals and **never make me feel bad about not having the biggest budget**. I feel like they appreciate my business, even if I’m not the biggest spender on their client list, which is a refreshing change on this side of town, and part of what keeps me coming back. You won’t be disappointed!

Booked with them because they take Cherry Payments. I had a wonderful experience with my practitioner, who also confirmed they take Cherry for the service I booked. When it came time to pay, I was told they don't take Cherry for the service. I dished out $700 that I was not prepared to spend that day, since I thought I would be using the credit plan I was told I could use. While there I asked for clarity and the associate helping me didn't have an answer. Once I left, I called to see if I could talk to manager to understand what happened, was told a manager would get back to me by the end of week. Nobody reached out. Called back a week later, was told again that I should have been able to use Cherry, but they would look into it. The next day a manager called me to tell me I could not use Cherry. The lack of communication is very disappointing. I cancelled my next session with them and booked with a different medspa. Again, the service I got was wonderful, but the communication left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
