Really clean and a variety of massage services available . All the rooms are super clean , looks fancy and is created for the customer to have a great experience. They have a stream room , relaxation room with lockers etc which is really good 2 points though: 1- our massage was supposed to be a 80 min fire and ice massage . The massage was really good but the time duration was not more than 50 mins . Il 2- the masseurs were really good but did not give us any feedback on where our bodies needed more pressure or had more knots . That feedback would have been great . Me and my fiance were super happy with the experience-though but i was a little disappointed that they did not go through with the massage as advertised!!

Great experience very relaxing environment. The steam room is amazing. Everyone was friendly. Blane was so personable. The front desk was welcoming. The relaxation room with a cup of tea is a must. Definitely a place we're you can remind yourself. Your important self love is the best and Bella Spa did not disappoint.

2nd perfect experience at this spa is in the books! The therapists are amazing, the atmosphere and relaxation room are so calming, and they've thought of EVERYTHING. I didn't go in with the expectation of showering, but after the complimentary steam (!!!), I needed one. They had shampoo, towels, disposable combs, a blow dryer, and spray deodorant! Unreal. Highly recommend the Yoga Balm massage upgrade - the warm stones were incredible. Kerry was the best! If you can't tell by all the exclamation points, I am a big fan of this place and recommend it for anyone looking to book a self-care day.

It is a great pleasure of mine to leave this review for the Green Hills location! I will start by saying that I’ve been to many spas, in 5 star luxury hotels and beyond, and had little to very low expectations for any day spa in Nashville (we live locally), especially a spa located outside a locally acclaimed hotel. This spa was AMAZING! It may be small but it is MIGHTY. I scheduled our visit for a couples massage with my husband and each call to the salon I was treated with respect and provided every details I requested. The receptionist was attentive and had great communication (EACH TIME). Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist and met the owner, Deedee, who then personally introduced us tot he favoring and the “next steps” for our spa experience. She was lovely! The masseuses Anna and Brittney were attentive and very good at what they do. Often enough my husband and I leave spas sore, but we felt perfectly relaxed and felt that both girls had excellent training and perceptiveness for their clientele. Lastly, the facility in general. I’m a type-A personality and have training/ work in the hospitality industry and am very attentive to detail and cleanliness. This spa had it all! We will be back and will recommend to all local friends!

I had a couples package booked for an out-of-town girlfriend and I for 6 weeks (a massage, lunch, and facial). Immediately, when we walked in, the receptionist said there was a problem with my booking and they didn’t have enough technicians. They asked how I booked and asked to see my confirmation emails like it was somehow my mistake. My friend and I both had received multiple texts and emails the previous weeks reminding us of our appointments, and they knew right when we walked in the door that there was an issue. If you knew there was a problem immediately, why couldn’t you have called us earlier? We were ushered into our massages wearing all of our clothes and had to hurriedly undress with nowhere to put anything. We had to put our clothes on the floor of the massage room and on counter tops. When the massages were done, the masseuses realized we were not given robes or a locker. They brought us robes, but then we had to carry all of our stuff through the building. I thought that typically you’re brought to a locker room to change and put on a robe before escorted to the massage. It was so awkward! They then told us that one of us was going to get a facial at 3p, the other at 3:30 then lunch at 4:30 (Originally, it was massage together at 1, lunch together at 2:20, then facials together at 3p). Lunch at 4:30?? That’s more like dinner! We had dinner reservations at 7! They then said we could relax in their relaxation room (which was covered in gifts from a party) or go in their salt cave (which was completely occupied with nowhere to sit). We ended up just leaving. The worst was that the manager and front desk person really didn’t seem to care that our girl’s spa day that we had planned well in advance was completely ruined. The manager said the girl I had booked with no longer worked there and wasn’t trained (okay, that’s great, but it’s still your responsibility to make things right!). They just offered a 10% discount on a massage which is ridiculous. We didn’t get anything we paid for! I will never return and would advise others do the same. I left there feeling more frazzled than when I came.

This was the best. Spa experience ever! I got the Fire and Ice massage. It includes time in the sauna room and relaxation room. Angela was seriously amazing. It is so clean and feels luxurious. The use a parking garage shared by other businesses so make sure to account for that in your travel time. I’d also suggest arriving early because the clock starts at the exact time of the appointment. It’s not cheap but they do have Groupons available. I would 100% come back!

I scheduled and paid for Riviera Retreat for Two $300 PER PERSON and it was not the experience that I expected with paying $640 total and not including tipping 3 people. I wanted to do something special for my husbands birthday and our first spa treatment. The only thing we did as a couple was sit in the waiting area and eat lunch. I'm not sure if it was a mix up in the scheduling but we only got to experience the steam room me 2 mins at the most and him 5 mins. My massage was more like a rub, and we only got to experience the salt cave maybe 10-15 minutes. I honestly get more from the Asian massage parlors for less the money. I really wish I could get a refund cause I really felt rushed due to the scheduling we had and them closing at 7. I asked the receptionist who scheduled everything should we just do another day she said it will be worked out and even when I got there and was waiting to be service took a minute I asked are Sundays busy? She told me they are. I felt that my $700 went down the drain.

Overall experience was amazing! Heidi is so sweet and easy to talk to about your needs. She is passionate about what she does and I felt so comfortable trusting her with my face! You can tell she knows her stuff and is so genuine about helping you with your skin. She does a wonderful job of talking you through the service and welcomes all the questions you have! The only thing I regret about the service was that I didn’t find this spa sooner, I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff is friendly and professional. The salon itself is gorgeous. My best friend and I got the regal retreat for two. We got a 50 minute massage, 50 minute facial, an amazing salad for lunch, steam room, and salt room. Will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé paid $240 for a couples massage. Due to a travel event we had to move our appointment same time (2PM) to a later date. Turns out in their system our massage time was 1PM (same time they open). I never received a text confirmation and the 1PM time was not verbally or confirmed via text on our end. Only after I called La Bella to check in and confirm the 2PM time the lady asks me on the phone “are you close” which came at a shock as we had our appointment time at 2PM. La Bella did not try to move our time or accommodate the mix up. Therefore - we got a 25 minute massage for $240. I have never been to a spa where at least a courtesy call is made. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry. La Bella’s response to my negative review is absurd. We had to reschedule our original appointment but this was weeks in advance and should be unrelated to how we were treated today. Life happens and being in the service industry it is not appropriate to be passive aggressive and rude to customers. I checked with my fiancé and he never received a confirmation text. The “confirmation text” La Bella claims we “reviewed together” was never confirmed nor sent. My fiancé had a calendar invite for the session on his phone for 2PM. What La Bella should have done was honor the $240 couples massage we paid for at a later date and time. If you do not get an “Y” appointment confirmation back from a customer, common curtesy is to try contacting via a 30 second phone call. In addition, the blonde receptionist was extremely rude to my fiancé when he walked in. The massage was below average. We will not be booking with La Bella going forward and will be advising family and friends to use a more reputable spa with decent customer service.
