I went to this place last week. I got lost originally because someone told me they were across from the CVS near beltway 8 and W Lake Houston but it turned out to be the wrong one. I didn't have a problem with that because it was only 4-5 miles away from where they said and a simple mistake. However, when I got there I was set up with Kristen for a skin routine consultation. I wasn't pleased with her service, she didn't know why I was there even though I discussed my appointment details when I made the appointment with the receptionist. The energy was also off, I didn't feel a connection with her at all. I asked questions and she seemed standoffish. There was a wax machine in the room and I asked if they did waxes, her response was we have someone who does waxes only for her regular customers. I brushed that comment off and continued the consultation. She kept telling me to use sunscreen. When I called the receptionist was quick to defend it by saying she was a light skinned Black person who used sunscreen while driving or walking in the sun. I find that ridiculous unless your skin is prone to being burned by the sun. My skin has not been burned by the sun and I don't spend that much time outside during the day. She wants me to wear sunscreen in the office. I don't see what that has to do with getting rid of four blackheads or a morning skin routine. I was going to support her skin care line by buying something until the front desk girl said she could make me an appointment with the dermatologist. I asked if I could meet her first so I didn't run into the same issue I did with Kristen. Kristen was quick to say she was busy all day in appointments instead of checking with her. Literally two second later the dermatologist walks out just walking around smiling no clients in sight. I put that product back and left. Never will I support a business that treats people that way.

DO NOT COME HERE! I was doing laser removal for about a year here then all of sudden they changed technicians and she did NOT put me as the correct skin color and SEVERELY burned my skin. I was given compensation nor was I offered other treatments to fix THEIR mistake. I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! You guys should be ASHAMED of yourselves letting clients walk out like this and not wanting to fix the issue.

They can’t keep staff. Once you get acquainted with one person, they are soon replaced by another. I ended up losing money on one of their “discounts” simply because the person originally spoke with (who is no longer there) failed to tell me I had to use all the treatments in a certain amount of time. I won’t be going back. There are so many other spas and aestheticians in our area. There’s no need to pay for subpar service with little results.

Best decision I made allll 2021! Ask for Stephanie, she’s the absolute BEST! Had a rash on my face for 8months & after seeing four different dermatologists, and allergist & still not getting answers. Stephanie was able to identify the issue in the first 15mins of my consultation. She’s professional, informative & the QUEEN of skincare. Book with her, you won’t regret it. Best for IV drips. Best prices. Most attentive nurse. Best for hitting the vein. Uses numbing fluid. I really like it here. They have Myers and a fit drip. Check for their specials. I wish they would do an iron suppliment drip.
