For almost two years now, I've travelled all the way from Waco to receive facial treatments here because of their highly skilled, professional IPL technicians (VERY important - a bad one may literally scar you and I'm speaking from personal experience). They're friendly, located in a clean/comfortable office, and offer quick service at very reasonable prices. Most importantly, I have consistently experienced impressive results from their facial treatments - a feat difficult to achieve with my problematic skin type! I will only trust my skin care needs to Allison and her team over at Crestview Laser!

Such a waste of time and I will NEVER come back again. I came in today with a friend for her laser treatment, and it was one of the most unacceptable experiences we've ever had. We booked the appointment a few weeks ago and were told to come in at 12:30. We were given no information beforehand. Once we were prepped for treatment, our "technician" Allison Slabotsky, stepped back in disgust as she saw my underarms. With a disgusted tone she stepped back and said: " I cannot treat you today! You didn't even shave?! I'm turning off my machine, you can get dressed, we can't treat you today!" She repeatedly said that I absolutely couldn't get treated today and my friend felt discriminated against and was flustered by her rude comments. We were never given any information about shaving. Angered, I asked Allison why we were not informed AT ALL, and she replied: "maybe we should've informed you but we consult the consumer at their first time here". I cannot believe that she thinks it's acceptable to inform beforehand procedures AT the official appointment. We also tried to compromise and see if we could shave at the clinic, but she proceeded to say that they DIDN'T have any razors! What kind of hair removal clinic doesn't have any prep equipment? This place is extremely unprofessional and was a huge disappointment and a waste of time. Do not come to this place. You will be disappointed.

I am still waiting to get a appointment for my IPL. Maybe this week. I have made multiple phone calls for an appointment time but they never seem to have any slots available. I have left messages for an appointment but no luck using my Groupon yet. Can someone please give me an appointment before my Groupon expires.

Great location and friendly service. I have been 3 times now, the lady I went to was very knowledgeable, friendly, always on time. And she is super fast at your treatment. Easy parking, walk right in and out quickly! I will definitely go back soon.
