I’ve been getting treatments (facials - not injectables) at Hall for years (7?). I’ve had three different providers throughout. The last one of which I wasn’t ecstatic over, and between a couple of suboptimal experiences and the less than ideal location (not central Austin), I’d planned to stop coming here. It’s annoying to shop in their online store (clunky website) BUT they always offer great specials that suck me back in and they recently hired a new provider: Jacque, who I am really enjoying. She’s so down to earth, bubbly, knowledgeable, and thorough in her services. I feel like I’m getting a great value when I meet with her and she’s taking my skin to the next level. Grateful for her and Leah (at the admin desk) for taking care of me so well! Will continue my patronage.

I did fly down from out of state and they were very accommodating with scheduling. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the surgery and the sizing during the consult. When I went in for surgery, him and his staff were very accommodating and attentive. I was a little nervous, as one would be before major surgery, but they did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable before going in for surgery. Dr.Hall, Maggie, and the anesthesiologist spoke to me before the surgery and I knew exactly what to expect and they were very sweet. After care was great too, they answered any questions I had with the followup appointments. I highly recommend Dr.Hall and his team. Will be going back to Hall Plastic Surgery in the future for all my other aesthetic needs.
