I’ve never had fillers before this is my first time. I’m so glad I picked this place. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The staff is so friendly and nice and welcoming. I’ve never had fillers and Neri Kim walked me through everything, made sure I understood everything, and was so sweet and kind. She really cares. I had a little complication so i called the office she said for me to come right over. She took really good care of me. She went above and beyond. Told me what to do gave me her email to keep her updated. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. This place is the best. Especially Neri Kim

Julianna was amazing! She has been supportive and a great nurse. Knows a lot about this process, and went as quickly or slowly as you need her to. The front desk lady was super welcoming and friendly too (forgot her name-sorry). This was my first time at this location (Brodie Ln in ATX) and I LOVED it! Coming back here for all my sessions. Thanks!!!!

Do not recommend at all for laser hair or really anything. They are strictly money motivated and have no sense of customer care or service. I originally chose them because I was so familiar with their brand for so long I assumed they were great and more importantly would be around for a long time for touch ups and other things. I originally signed up for bikini and underarm and then I signed up for full legs. My issues first started when I had what they called “the worst reaction they ever saw” on my legs after my first treatment. They told me there was no option to refund or back out. I really did want the service so I stomached the reoccurring pain and work to prep before and care after each treatment. Fast forward 9 months after my last treatments, my hair is still coming in so I called to schedule a touch up and they prices increased from $250 for touch up on everything to $837 for a touch up…after I’ve already paid over $10,000 for the initial treatment. It’s such a joke. I would not recommend.

The system canceled my appointment at the North location . They called this south location and they squeezed me in. They were so friendly. The nurse agreed to stay way past her go home time to take care of me! They were all so amazing. It wasn't perfect situation, but they made it happen! Thank you all for the team work!

After this laser appointment, I smell like a Frito corn chip. But Bridget was great! Very knowledgeable and quick during the upper body laser session, a great consistent experience after doing face and lower body laser hair removal sessions previously.
