I have been a client for a couple years now, but I guess due to all of the promotions they run, they are always booked up weeks in advance. it also seems like they are perpetually shortstaffed. Every single time I try to schedule an appointment I’m never able to because they are booked up so far in advance that I can’t come in because of travel for work. The last time over the holidays that I was actually able to make an appointment they told me the next day that they had double booked my timeslot and that they were sorry but they would let me know when the next available appointment or cancellation happened. No one ever called me back. I have repeatedly called and texted them and usually they don’t answer, the phone AI voice agent answers and prompts you to send them a text message instead. So I’ve sent them multiple text messages and nobody has answered me all day. I’m very disappointed in this business because I have prepaid for a product and I would frankly just like a refund since it’s impossible to schedule an appointment or get in touch with a human being. As a business owner myself, this is a terrible way to run a business and treat people who have been loyal to you for years and take their money when they pre-pay for product yet don’t allow them to actually book an appointment with you. The reason I’m writing this review is because I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone and I’m frankly frustrated and simply want my money back. I do not recommend any new clients. Try to come here because unless they have something against me, you will be put through the same system with terrible communication and people making promises that are never honored. I am editing this because I just looked at the reviews and there are so many 1 star reviews here that I never saw before, unfortunately. Had I seen those reviews before I never would’ve wasted my time and money here

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a loyal client of MedPhysique in Austin for 2+ years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aesthetic needs. My injector, Dasha, consistently provides exceptional results with a strong focus on safety and natural enhancement ✨. She listens to my goals and always recommends a thoughtful balance between what I want and what’s actually best for me. I truly appreciate her honesty — she never pushes unnecessary treatments and always prioritizes my wellbeing 🙌🏽. The owner is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about clients ❤️. The staff is warm and welcoming every time I visit, and the environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed. I receive promos from other med spas all the time, but none compare to the trust, consistency, and care I get here. If I could make one small request, it would be the addition of a patient portal for easier scheduling and access to service history — but that’s just a convenience on top of an already outstanding experience. Highly recommend MedPhysique and especially Dasha! ⭐️

I would not recommend this facility for several reasons. 1. There is not patient portal and no receipts are provided so you have no way of verifying what you’ve purchased or used. This resulted in me purchasing a syringe of filler (valued at $750) bc I was told I did not have pre-purchased filler. More details below. 2. In my experience, their injectors aren’t great at placing Botox for optimal effect. I was purchasing double the amount of Botox I do at West Lake but still had movement. After going to another injector at WL it’s clear the issue was with the injector at MedP. as I’ve had great results with less product elsewhere. To expand on my first point. I’ll first state this issue happened several months ago in June. I didn’t leave a review then as I hoping to find use for the syringe of filler I purchased since they won’t refund it. However I’ve decided not to use it due to my concern that the injectors aren’t going to do a good job and just don’t need anymore filler. As noted above I reached out to make an appointment and when I did so I told them I would like to use the last syringe of filler I’d pre-purchased (Syringe #1). They advised that I didn’t have any left on my account and encouraged me to pre-purchase another (Syringe #2). I did so only to be told after my appointment I still had one syringe left on my account (Syringe #1), ie I never needed to buy another syringe. When I requested a refund since I bought Syringe #2 under the false pretense that I’d already used Syringe #1. I was told that wouldn’t be possible bc when I checked out they marked my Syringe #2 as the payment method and the one remained on my account was bought under a promotion (Syringe #1). I explained I had no control over which one they “charged” but the one I purchased most recently (Syringe #2) was not part of promotion and therefore should be refunded especially since I was lied to when purchasing it. I even have texts that list exactly how much I paid. In the end, they didn’t own their mistake, would not refund me and essentially robbed me of $750. I’d highly suggest avoiding this place. Edit: note the screen shots they ask if I want to do a buy one get one free filler for a discount and I said no. Yet they state that they can’t refund me bc the filler on the account was part of buy on w get one promotion.

They are so accommodating with getting me in last minute since I live in Dallas. Can’t express how much I love med physique!

I’ve been to MedPhysique before and had a great experience with Dasha as my injector — she was gentle, transparent, and professional. This time I had a different injector, and the experience was the opposite. She started by using leftover botox units from a previous visit around my crow’s feet. Then she asked, “Do you want some in your brows?” and I said “sure,” assuming it was part of the same leftover amount — no one mentioned there would be an additional charge. When I went to check out, I was suddenly told it was an extra $160, which felt very misleading. I couldn’t exactly say “I wasn’t aware, take it out.” so I just paid and left. During my lip filler, she had the alcohol pad pressed on my nose, and I couldn’t breathe without inhaling alcohol. I was panicking, trying to make noises and even move my head a little so she’d realize something was wrong, but she didn’t notice until afterward and just said “oops, sorry” and the corrected herself for the rest. It was scary and one of the most uncomfortable feelings I’ve ever had during an appointment. Imagine only being able to breathe in alcohol. I work in sales, so I completely understand upcharges and add-ons — but I also know the importance of transparency. Clients deserve to know exactly what they’re paying for and where their money is going. I left feeling uncomfortable, blindsided, and disappointed after what used to be one of my favorite med spas. I hope management addresses the communication and care standards here, because trust and safety should always come first Update: I appreciate the response from Med Physique, but I do want to clarify that the alcohol pad incident did occur — the injector acknowledged it in the moment, apologized, and adjusted right away. My goal in mentioning it wasn’t to exaggerate, but to raise awareness so others feel more comfortable speaking up if something similar happens. I still stand by my feedback and hope the team uses it to improve communication and patient comfort moving forward. I just wish their public response reflected the same accountability and professionalism their injector showed in person — that would’ve spoken volumes about the integrity of the business.

I went to this place last year to get some fillers in my chin and cheeks. It was my first time doing fillers in USA. I never take the time to review my experiences but I am trying to do a better job at it so people can do better decisions. Unfortunately my experience on this place was not great. After they did fillers on my cheeks, they look weird and one look different than the other one. I looked like a clown. You can see it on the pictures. Also, they did not do a good job in my chin. You could not see any difference I have done filers before and had an amazing result. Unsure if it’s was just the person that did it to me but I won’t come back to this place ever again.

Was asked to reschedule for a 3rd time to accommodate the provider, when I mentioned to Lauren this would be the 3rd time to reschedule me. She decided to keep my appointment rudely. When asked for the owners contact Lauren refused to give me her contact. I’m not sure if it’s change of staff or Lauren is used to treating clients this manner and the owner doesn’t know about it. But I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Don’t help the same person who was rude to me also manages their reviews as well. Thanks Lauren for refusing to let the owner know how you’re running her business. Such a shame I misplaced her number otherwise I’d call her myself.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from this business. Initially, I felt well cared for, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. They made a significant mistake during my treatment, resulting in a poor injection site, and failed to take responsibility for their actions. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I was met with gaslighting and humiliation. I felt cast aside, and their outreach efforts only compounded my distress as I was mocked by staff members. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for clients. What should be a supportive environment turned into one of belittlement and disregard for my experience. I can no longer recommend this business and wish I could give zero stars. Shame on you for how you treat your client!!!

I tried going to two different injectionists here and after every appointment I was left heavily brusied, with migrated filler, white dots on my lips, and have permanent yellowing under one of my undereyes due to both of the nurses being unskilled and heavy handed. I had many of the issues corrected by going to another med spa in town over the years and haven't had bruising or any other reactionary issues since. Even after leaving a bad review, even after leaving a complaint with management, even after calling into reception and asking to be removed from their communications and promotions line, even after opting out and blocking numerous text, phone, and email solicitations, years later this company still insists on sending me updates on their latest sales as if I'd ever come back. Today, I had to block and opt out of yet another unwanted doubled up text promo, so today, I leave another negative review. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. Highly unreccomemend. They are bad at placing filler. Their customer service skills are non-existent when issues are brought to their attention. They are top tier annoying. And most importantly, they don't understand the meaning of no.
