I’ve only used them once and it was for Botox. They were very nice but it wasn’t a good experience due to their injecting too low on the upper cheek creating hollows under the eyes. I’ve gotten Botox for years and never had this happen. When I went to have it evaluated by another place they said it was just injected in the wrong spot and there’s nothing you can do to fix it other than wait a few months for the Botox to fade. So, it’s a bummer. I called and let them know and they did call me back and offered to have me come back in but after what happened I didn’t go back for obvious reasons. A refund would be more in order but it’s not worth pushing for. Just do research about who is injecting you and ask for before and after or references is my advice. Just because someone is a doctor doesn’t mean they are super knowledgeable or experienced as an injector.
