I showed up with my daughter on time and they had us waiting over an hour for no reason and my 8 year old daughter never received treatment or care. She waited 3 months for an appointment. The front staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. Over all a very poor experience I would have given 0 stars. No accountability and very rude. No service provided. No understanding or comprehension and a lack of answers or communication.

I would give zero stars if allowed, it took 4 months to get an appointment, and me and my daughter showed up on time to be delayed an hour past appointment. I inquired and about the wait and was told to leave by office staff. I asked to speak to a manager and was continued to be inconvenienced and given no reasonable explanation. Other people were in and out while we waited for nothing. I do not recommend this dermatology network.

I had an appointment scheduled for over a month ago and this appointment was going to be life changing for me. In my everyday life, I struggle with an abnormal tissue growth for the past 3 years that was been deflected by every doctor I bring up too. I have also suffered with severe acne the past years that affects my mental health severely. I lost my photo ID a week ago and had offered another form of ID but was rejected to be seen that day. I did arrive 8 mins late but I live over an hour away and did not expect the traffic from the car wreck on the way there. I will mention they were extremely busy and you could see it on the Hispanic, dark hair receptionist’s face. She was stressed, discourteous and ungracious. Working in this environment you have to be very aware of the mental load patients might be carrying. I might be another number to her and another appointment she might be trying to get through but it was going to be a life changing appointment for me. I left my young children with a caregiver to be seen while I made the trip there. I sacrificed a lot to make it there, and not to mention my insurance coverage ends this month. This was my only opportunity to be seen and it be covered to some degree. In order to be seen again, I would have to pay out of pocket and that’s not attainable for me at this moment. If you are looking for an office where they want to make a good rapport from the moment you walk in to that office, I do not recommend this place.
