I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments at the Fort Worth location and had a scheduled appointment for this coming Saturday, December 20th, which would have been my 5th session. I was abruptly notified that the Fort Worth location has been permanently closed with no prior notice. We were told our files had been transferred to the West Village location and that someone would reach out to reschedule. It is now four days before my scheduled appointment, and I have received zero communication from Ideal Image Dallas or any member of their team. Closing a location without notice and leaving clients and employees completely in the dark speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and care within this company. Shutting down at a moment’s notice without giving staff time to prepare or properly transition clients is unacceptable. I drive two hours one way for these appointments. This level of disregard for customers’ time, money, and treatment schedules is beyond frustrating. Due to this mishandling and lack of communication, I will be canceling my contract and seeking a full refund. This situation is completely unreasonable. Ideal Image — do better.

I got extremely lucky in getting Jessie as my nurse. She is likely the best injector in dfw for filler/botox etc and has a fantastic eye for proper facial balance to go with her superior injecting technique. She correctly identified a slight asymmetry between my left and right eye line and addressed it by using lower amount of botox on one side to restore alignment. Before signing up for any package, I would ask for her to review and provide a plan and associated quote. It is way more cost effective as she can remove unnecessary items and doses that other clinics would force on you to get sales. Zero pain, super quick, and professional yet pleasant bedside etiquette.
