My experience at Makeover Aesthetics is nothing less than excellent. Excellent customer service. All the staff is very nice, friendly, and most important, very knowledgeable in the Aesthetics field, as they are all certified professional. Very clean and nice facilities. I have done at least 5 different treatments and I am very pleased with the results, so much to keep going back, regardless the 1 hour drive. Strongly recommend!!!!

I love coming here. Crystal has been amazing with my treatments . She is gentle with the carboxtherapy and patient. She makes sure your comfortable and makes the process go very smoothly. I absolutely love this place.. they have truly transformed me. Sol is so gentle and amazing . Luisa has also helped my treatment process... she is very gentle and makes every appointment here worth coming to... i can't Bragg enough on this facility.. everyone here has been great and I'll never go any where else for treatment.. this has truly been a life changing experience and im glasd i decided to come here.. I recently visited Makeover Aesthetics to receive a complimentary consultation on the various services that they provide. I am always skeptical about trying anything new. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of services and attention to detail from the staff. The pricing is straight forward. Its easy to make appointments and someone is there to always answer your questions. They have the latest technology. I am African American and was interested in the ND Yag Laser because that is the best laser you can use for my type of skin, which will remove hair very efficiently and not cause adverse color changes. I am also scheduled for an 11 step Hydrafacial which I can’t wait to try here, I’ve had them at other places in the past. I consider myself very experienced in beauty services and procedures and they are definitely top notch. They offer the camouflage technique for stretch marks which I have not found any other center which offers this particular technique, which looks totally natural. Armando is very helpful and follows up with detailed information. I like going to a place where I can reach by phone, make and change appointments easily. A+ service!

A complete waste of time. I came in for a PRE SCHEDULED consultation yesterday at 4pm. I met with someone around 4:30 and went over the treatment I was looking for. After discussing treatment options I was informed that the office was doing a new patient discount for 30% off the package. I was a new patient and asked for a quote. I received a quote and was then told the quote was only good for that day. I needed to make a decision before the office closed. I was also informed I would only need to pay about half upfront. Remind you, I went back at 4:30 and was the last appointment for the day so I had no way of making such a quick decision on the spot ESPECIALLY when the treatment was thousands of dollars! I asked if I could get it extended until the next morning so I can go home and think about it. They told me that they didn’t know. For one, it took me over an hour to get to this place and I wish someone would have told me before I drove out that they were doing a special promo so I had tome to think about it before I arrived instead of feeling pressure. I called back this morning and was told that the special was still in the system so I asked if I can go ahead and pay for the services. Now I’m being told in order to get the discount I have to pay the total price upfront which was about $2700. I told the lady that someone before told me I would only pay a percentage upfront and she said it changed since 4:30pm yesterday. Now I have to pay the full price upfront to receive the 30% discount. If I don’t I would have to pay full price. The money isn’t the issue- the issue is the communication and the fact that they don’t seem to have their systems in order. I wasted 2 hours driving there and back for nothing. I’ve been told many different things in LESS than 24 hours. One minute I can get discount- the next I can’t. One minute I can pay a portion the next I have to pay full price. They are all over the place and when I expressed my concerns the lady had a nonchalant attitude. I definitely would have paid for the services if this were a different outcome and they could have gotten a new customer. Please work on making sure y’all communicate to your customers upfront so no one else waste their time and also make sure the information you’re telling people is clear. No one wants to spend THOUSANDS of dollars with a business that’s all over the place. Also no one wants to pay thousands of dollars when the staff doesn’t seem to even care. Not me, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I visited Makeover Aesthetics for a consultation not too long ago and first impressions are everything. Everyone was relatable and nice. The office space is bright, cleanly, and well kept. I had a consultation with Armando regarding the services I were interested in and he gave valuable information on my interests and what he felt the best routes for me would be. He showed passion and cared about my journey even if it meant I did not use their service at the time. I love that I was able to have a humane conversation with him and learn a lot during the process. He even followed up maybe a month later by phone and we had great convo at that point as well.
