I actually had the same experience as a. Barnes where my order said “receiver requested delivery change” but unlike her and Aaron Phillips who I’m willing to bet is her boyfriend and never ordered… I can read the key word is “receiver” there’s no way for the SENDER to do that???????? we all have the option to place a hold on our packages or update delivery date since it requires a signature if we’re not going to be home. I had a hold placed on mine but then noticed it was not moving and when I called FedEx they gave me two different responses as to what’s going on 1. The receiver requested the package be sent back and I was so irritated because why? So I contacted melapop and they said they didn’t so I called again and I finally was able to get the truth which is that FedEx took the package to security and protection my guess is because it’s liquids and they want to make sure there there’s nothing outlandish in the package though I just ordered the huge version of the demon time Parfum after having the 10ml and loving it instantly. Shame on FedEx for that one but Janine and just ended up sending my package via ups the next day and I got it today! This was a carrier issue Shame on you for acting like the business did anything wrong 😑 especially after receiving a refund that it sounds like you didn’t even have to fight for lol on my end, they didn’t even ask me if I wanted a refund they straight up told me they don’t feel comfortable keeping my money while they wait for the package to return whenever FedEx decides to send it and they refunded me immediately and they re-shipped the product for the inconvenience reshipping a $400 order and not even getting paid for it? That’s amazing customer service. And from what I’ve seen on social media, they did this for many others too. That had the same problem! So if you didn’t get a reshipment, it’s probably because of that nasty attitude. Thank you Janine for all your help nothing beats a refund plus product I just bought two more bottles for my mother and mother-in-law 🧡 love the fragrance please make a body shimmer oil for it to cling too!!!!!! I wasn’t even going to make a review but I just hate when people revise the truth and lie and the bbb Comment sent me over the edge You’re gonna go to them and say what she gave me a refund after FedEx seized my package lolololololololololol

Definitely don't try to order online if you aren't local. You will straight up not get your product and they will just make excuses.
