Dr. Rodgers is great. Other dermatologist dont spend much time with you and just want to push meds as a one size fits all approach. Dr. Rogers took her time explains the condition, the treatments and listened to me. Her patience, knowledge attitude and bedside manger was second to none. We probably talked for 30 minutes. You just don’t get that type of time with other doctors, you feel rushed and not important. My experience with Dr Rogers was a welcomed change. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a dermatologist!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Skin Specialist of Addison. I had a long-standing skin issue on my hand that I’d been dealing with for years. I’d seen multiple dermatologists who all pushed the same one-size-fits-all approach and essentially told me this was something I’d just have to live with long term. After my wife had a great experience here, she mentioned my situation to Troyah, who confidently said she could help. From the moment I came in, Troyah and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed or treated like “just another patient.” What really set this experience apart was that Troyah didn’t default to the same method I’d already tried elsewhere. She took an alternative, thoughtful approach tailored specifically to my situation, and it worked. After about four to five treatments, the issue was completely resolved. The confidence, professionalism, and genuine care I received here made all the difference. After years of being told there wasn’t a real solution, Skin Specialist of Addison actually delivered results. I highly recommend them, and especially Troyah, to anyone who’s been told “that’s just how it is.” You’ll be in great hands here.

Was my 1st time going to see Dr. Roger's and I have extremely bad anxiety and my nerves get bad really easily and quickly and when I was told they had to remove the thing growing in my ear and at a weird angle I was Soo nervous I was shaking a Lil and wanted to cry in fear cuz we hadn't any idea if it was skin cancer or just a wart!; but she was great from the moment she walked in the door and met me she had a great sense of humor, and was great with talking to me her and her assistant got my nerves from up to 80% to having a panic attack to only 45% having anxiety attack. I was as tense as I thought it was going to be for me when they had to numb my ear . But would definitely most definitely refer her to anybody of skin issues she's kind of young but she makes you forget about everything and makes you feel so at ease where you're not as worried it's just a great vibe in the room where all your worries go away cuz you're not as scared versus a lot of doctors out there you're so nervous and they make you feel even more unsure normally I would be having a panic at crying but I was actually pretty calm they made me feel very calm so I'll forever be keeping her at the skin specialist!!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible experience. I called on September 29th to reschedule my October 2nd appointment, yet when I arrived on October 10th, I was told I was a “no-show” and charged $60 on top of the $110 I was already expected to pay. I had previously been treated respectfully when a no-show fee occurred in March, but this time I was humiliated in front of other patients, with staff openly discussing my payment status in the waiting area. The office does not keep accurate records, does not respect patients’ time or privacy, and their billing system is a complete mess. I drove 45 minutes to this appointment only to be treated with disrespect. I will not be returning.I have proof they are unorganized
