I was scheduled for my 3rd appointment today. Come to find out the office has changed locations and I was never notified. No voicemail was ever left to reschedule. I call the Webster location number and no one answers. I was scheduled for 9:15am, but online it states they don't open until 10am. Very un profesional.

I was left a message from the office to reschedule because they were moving locations and until now they have not returned a call. I been calling different times of the day and no one answers. It has been over a week and no return calls. If I ever get to reschedule and finish my appointments I will only complete what I already paid for and never go back again. It is so unprofessional of them. I have been calling all of the offices and no answer. I hope it was not a scam company.

Prepaid for hair removal, managed to get two sessions. Webster office is closed (found out when I showed up). Not even a note on the door. Called, was told they're "looking for a new location" in Webster. Calls to phone number go unanswered. Contacting Jackie by email now, since phone calls aren't returned.

I did not receive any communication about this and wasted my entire morning coming down here to find out they are closed? I prepaid for services.
