One of the worst experiences ever! I was charged multiple times for an $800 electrolysis package I had already purchased, month after month. I kept messaging the lady about the repeated charges, but she kept blaming a “third-party payment system.” I don’t usually check my credit history, but when I finally did, I was shocked to see that the total had exceeded $2,500! I went back after Lakisha promised to refund all the extra charges, but during my next visit, I was charged yet again, even though I had already paid in full for the $800 package. In short, I was charged fraudulently and never even received my treatment! My face and my credit card are both messed up. So, thanks for nothing!!

She has attempted to reschedule my appointment three separate times and has extremely limited operating hours. It's extremely frustrating that i have to rearrange my day to fit her operating hours, then she cancels the day of.
