I am pretty upset right now. First, the girls get 5 stars. They are all really nice and professional and awesome. Second, the Cryo T Shock treatments are good and I got good results so I am happy about that so 5 stars there too. I am not pleased about trying to reschedule an appointment and being told I can’t because there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that I could NOT find listed anywhere on the website and was never told about in person and told I would have to pay a cancellation fee (which I was perfectly happy to do because I get it). I understand that it was last minute and a cancellation fee is warranted in this situation. What I am highly upset about is the “cancellation fee” is the last of my package for the Cryo T Shock treatments which is $250 each and being told that they had me scheduled since 12/3 so I guess I should have been psychic and known that my work day today was going to blow up and I wouldn’t be able to make from Dallas to Forney in 30 minutes during the beginning rush hour traffic and school traffic. I mean, stuff out of our control happens all the time, what if I had been in an accident or something?! Like I said, I understand paying a cancellation fee but to charge the total amount of the procedure for that is absolutely ridiculous, especially since the 48 hour cancellation policy is either not on the website or so hidden you can’t find it and having never been told of it the previous 5 treatments I had already had! This particular situation is why I won’t be back and I guess I’m just out $250 that I had already paid. Sad I won’t get to finish my treatment and see the full results of all of them.

My spa expects grace and understanding when they cancel on you and when they are running late. You will not get the same treatment when you have to reschedule. Their policies are unreasonable. They have cancelled multiple appointments with little warning and they are often very late to appointments. This happened frequently. In addition, if you reschedule an appointment they will charge you a full session and no refunds. I suggest you read your policy before purchasing any of their treatments. My recommendation to My Spa, is to reevaluate your policy if you would like for your customers to have a better experience.

I relocated six years ago and I drive a little over three hours to use this spa. Tried several different places near me and there's no comparison. The staff is incredible. They are knowledgeable and pleasant. My Spa's pricing is very reasonable as well. Have been seeing Lisa for laser and injections for about ten years and can't say enough good things about her. Very talented.

Im 59 1/2 and my treatments have made a major improvement on my skin. The truth is you have to dedicate to going to all the treatments to see these amazing results! They make me want to finish!! We highly recommend My Spa Forney. As a business owner it hard to take time and these ladies have been amazing. Very customized for my aging, bad skin and I can't wait for my 3rd treatment tomorrow! As an old guy, I do have to say that you have to listen to them, do the treatment and then follow their plan. Wait, did I say listen to them! This Spa is a scam . I paid on Groupon for 6 sessions. I went to the 1st two sessions with no issue. I even did tip the lady . My 3rd session was supposed to be the week of Thanksgiving, so i called 3 days before to reschedule and told the lady i was gonna call back to set up a date since i wasn’t too sure of my availability. We set up a date and the day i was supposed to go , it raining very hard ,so couldn’t make it . I called them that day to let l them know but no one picked up. I call again the following business day to make my appointment And the lady is telling me it will be my last (6th session). I tried to explain to her the whole story but talked to me like it was for free I was going there .she said i had 2 “no shows” And based on their “policies “ It is like i was being seen. Even though , it is still not fair because 2 complete sessions And 2 incomplete sessions are 4 sessions The lady kept telling me it will be last session in the most rude and unprofessional way. I paid for 6 sessions at the Rockwall office , they told me Rockwall doesn’t exist anymore and it is now Forney. Okay , fine I only do 2 sessions out of 6 and you tell me i only have 1 session left. You guys are a scam then !

This was my first time receiving any kind of injection treatment and my whole vist was an amazing experience from the front desk staff and with Lisa, who preformed my procedures. She was fantastic and made me feel at ease and totally comfortable!!! My results are amazing and I definitely will be back !!! I was amazed by my experience today! I was only having a spray tan to prepare for a cruise:). I didn’t want to use a machine:( I was able to find the perfect place that made me feel comfortable Immediately:) Kind interaction from the moment I walked in and such a professional experience! I will never go anywhere else for tanning! I enjoyed the time they took to Answer my questions and help me to understand specific terms and treatments available. I’m over 50 but they made me feel like there were options I could enjoy without making me feel embarrassed:) I highly recommend!

I initially wrote an amazing review on their facebook website because I was very pleased with the initial session I had. Last weekend I had a session but asked not to be charged because I was admitted to the hospital for heart issues. Not only was the associate that called me rude, she went down my attendance list and firstly if there was an issue with attendance they could’ve pulled me aside and spoke with me and we could’ve come to an agreement. However, I was hospitalized, sent them proof of my paperwork, and STILL the manager Ms. Stinson refused to work with me and also said she would charge my card. I understanding having a 48 hour cancellation policy but in cases of hospitalization and proof you’d think these people have compassion. I am a disabled veteran with several medical conditions. Instead of accusing me of missing an appointment or “intentionally being late and disrespecting your technicians time” perhaps have compassion and realize people have things going on. Furthermore, I felt very disrespected by the managers condescending approach and lack of following up with me by phone but instead messaging me on Facebook messenger, totally unprofessional. In a world where we have war going on, a pandemic, economic issues, and a plethora of other things, you’d think the owners was compassionate towards peoples health concerns. I don’t plan to be back and I’ll be making financial arrangements to go elsewhere and cancel my passport. I do not recommend this place. It isn’t the technicians, it’s the awful leadership, and let me tell you the fish rots from the head.
