I used a Groupon to take advantage of getting a B12 shot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. On my second visit when I was making an appointment I was told to come anytime when I showed up a couple of days later on the said day that I was told to come anytime, I was told upon arrival that they had no one to give the injection-when I asked what time some one would be in I was told not until 1pm and it was 10am. I was obviously disappointed in the situation. Lesson learned set an appointment. Everything else has been excellent- so I am hoping this was a one off situation!!

Honestly, I very rarely leave bad reviews but if I could give this a negative star review, I would. I purchased a laser hair removal package with Olga. Olga is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. I too work in the customer service industry and know she's doing an absolute disservice to the esthetician and customer service world. She gaslighted me at each visit making me feel gross or ugly in order to try and sell me more services. I had asked her to turn up the strength on the laser machine and she always refused to. My hair removal never made progress and I thought maybe it's just part of it and I need to keep repurchasing. It wasn't until I finished my treatment and went to another spa that I learned the way she treated me is not okay and not normal for the spa world. I noticed more of a difference at the spa I went to after Olga in 2 treatments than I did with 14 treatments with her. I'm assuming she never turned up strength so she could keep convincing me to purchase more treatments. I asked my new spa if this was a thing and they said you're definitely supposed to be turning up the strength as you progress in your treatments. My hair was still there and as black and patchy as ever when I went to the new spa and they couldn't believe I had completed 14 prior treatments. Every time I saw her, I left feeling worse than when I walked in. Also, not to mention, the pricing is way more than any other place around that I've spoken to and I noticed after my treatments that her license is expired so she is actually working under an expired license and could get fined by the TDLR. Do with this review what you will. I'm just one person. I never leave bad reviews on anything but this is something I had to do or I know I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing she's possibly making other people feel horrible about themselves. The world is already bad enough as it is without someone you're supposed to trust with your skin and body making you feel worse.

I look forward to each appointment I have. It’s been 2 years of getting my fillers and injections here and recently started getting hydrofacials as well. The staff is always super sweet and kind. I dont feel pressured into buying anything I don’t need. Every visit I’ve had so far has been great.

A few years ago, I received a Groupon for a few units of Botox. Having never a day in my life having had so much as a waxing, I was mortified by the thought of walking into an establishment and letting a stranger turn my face turned into a pin cushion…. The value of my Groupon stayed in my account, untouched, for two years. One day I woke up, self-esteem ant a new low, unable to recognized that “old woman staring back at me” in the mirror. I booked a consult at BHRC of Alliance that day and reluctantly sat in the waiting room. Nathan greeted me with the kindest of smiles, and he walked me through my consult with nothing but empathy, like an old friend would. I left the consult feeling hopeful that maybe, just maybe, I could get my self-esteem out of the dumps. A few Botox injections later, I started to feel like a new woman. Still looked like me, just a refreshed version of me. Over the last couple of years, I’ve entrusted BHRC staff with all my skin care and a few other small procedures; each time I have left feeling energized, more confident, and in a much better place physically, emotionally, and mentally. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and honest. They have never once tried to “upsell” me a procedure I didn’t need and thanks to their recommendations, I have been told that I have “lost a whole generation” (funniest and most adorable comment I have received). I highly, highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a little self-care… You are beautiful, and you are enough… BHRC will only help bring your best YOU forward! Update: all the staff at BHRC Alliance is fantastic, but after my appointment today I must say, Elle is a wizard… the touch ups she did to my face made a HUGE difference and I have never felt prettier. Im a fan!!
