If you’re coming here for Microneedling, I would reconsider. I came here because I saw their membership was cheaper than doing individual Microneedling sessions with my dermatologist (which have been great), but they definitely cut corners at this office. Shelley attended to me, I saw other reviewers mention she’s good at what she does, but it didn’t seem like she was trained properly for Microneedling. There wasn’t much care when it came to making sure my face was cleaned properly before the procedure, it was a quick swipe with a make up wipe. During the procedure, she completely missed my entire nose area. I thought she would come back to it, but she never did. After the procedure I asked for after care instructions since it had been a while and I needed a refresher. The front desk said they didn’t have any after care instructions and when Shelley was asked she simply said “put on some vitamin C”. I instead called my dermatologist office and asked them for their aftercare instructions since they have a very detailed page. I went home and figured I could overlook some of the cut corners because I was hoping to get the same result as I have before from my dermatologist’s office. I waited a few weeks to write this to see the full result and my skin texture is noticeably more bumpy (like I have acne). I used to have very smooth skin, but in the light I now see a ton of bumps. I don’t plan to do Microneedling here again since results are very dependent on the skill of the esthetician.

I have been going to this spa for a various of treatments since 2017. I always request to see Shelley. Shelley is amazing!! She answers all the questions I have had over the years. She tells me what the treatments will help with and what to do or not do after. Shelley also recommends any products that will help with any issues I talk with her about. I have had botox, microneedling, microchanneling, sculptra, VI peels along with other treatments. Shelley is knowledgeable and amazing at what she does! Love this spa! Shelley and everyone is very friendly and helpful!

It has been 2 months since my first set of fillers and I am going to be honest I am not happy with them. The entire time I was in complete denial and living with what was actually not normal. I don’t want to shame or anything but hope that this can taken as an awareness. I got a second opinion today from another injector and they said it’s not normal to still have unevenness and bumpiness, they believe that it was the technique and injected into the wrong layer. Up to this day I would wake up with swollen jawline on some days. Anyway I just felt in disbelief bc I was in denial and now I’m just broken bc I have spent so much money into this business. I have been going to this spa to get Botox done for a year now with my usual injector, which she is very sweet by the way. But, about 2 months ago I got filler done for the first time in my chin, and jawline with the same injector. 2 weeks during my follow up, I had mentioned that my jawline was not symmetrical and bumpy, and wanted a little more chin done. During my follow up I had been told that the bumpiness would go away, just to continue massaging it and that it was very normal. Additionally during this follow up, I had my chin touched up, and jawline as well to even out my symmetry and my cheeks filled. At my next 2 week follow up, I stressed my concern on my jawline still being bumpy and now my cheeks are uneven and not symmetrical. Again, the injector has told me that it is completely normal, to continue massaging. This was on August 23rd and today it’s still bumpy and uneven. I decided today to get a second opinion, and was told mixed information between both injectors. Needless to say, I had dissolved my filler that I got done here and I feel just in disbelief, and lost in a HUGE investment. I hope this can be taken as something that you can build from and correct.

I’ve come multiple times, and every provider i’ve seen has given me amazing results! Their facials are absolutely fabulous, I can’t recommend it enough to friends and family.
