Super easy for new patients to check in and fill out the paperwork ahead of time, convenient location, and the staff is very friendly. Katie Vo was excellent. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sell me anything as I’ve found other offices do, she listened and answered all my questions, and was very down to earth to talk to, definitely a girl’s girl. Excellent place to go for your annual skin check.

I've never felt the need to write a review, much is one as negative as the one my son and I had. He's been on treatments for years due to his health; he's very sensitive. We always go to Epiphany Dermatology at the Carrolton office then at the Coppel office and I give both offices 5 stars. These both offices with excellent services since you walk in, that’s our experience there. Since we live In Frisco I was looking for a closest because traffic, now they accept our insurance and make apoint Couple weeks ago my son had a follow-up appointment (2nd in this office) for skin problems resulting from the insulin he's had for years. First, the receptionist, with her sour expression, checked my son in. Then the assistant took us to the room. Next came the famous Katie Vo, PA-C, who was seeing us for the first time. We saw Dr. Li on the 1st apoint and she an excellent person in both treatment and attention. Vo needed to cauterize a wart on my son's elbow. Without further ado, she stood in front of him and started spraying the area with the cryotherapy gun at -320 degrees. I just saw my son writhing in pain, and she stopped because i told her why doesn’t ask my son if he was fine, I felt my son pain too, and she pointed the gun again and sprayed the area. She never stopped, even though she saw my son suffering. She say well it’s is what it is painful, I asked her why she didn't use something like they do on the others offices with patient care, nice …I could say much more. I felt my son's pain; she had no patience, no way of being kind to him, no way of managing the situation to lessen his pain. When I asked her twice, she just gave me a dirty look, twisted her mouth, and laughed at the same time. She never apologized to my son, and they didn't even put a bandage on him. I got up from my chair and told her that wasn't the attitude of a professional. In the end, she told me that if I don’t like there I should go back to the other Epiphany Offices to get my son treated. We left, me very angry, and my son crying. He said, "Mommy, I don't want to come back here, please. It hurts so much, and they didn't put anything no bandage nothing I’m really sad and disappointed about this office at Frisco area

Dr. Lucy Li was very unprofessional and careless during my visit. I went in seeking advice on how to improve my blackheads and facial redness. She stated that she didn’t see any redness, barely examined my face at all. Throughout the appointment, she appeared distracted and was repeatedly staring at my jewelry, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She insisted that the only issue I had was acne scars and recommended laser treatment. When I told her I wasn’t ready to do any procedures or facials, she responded with, “Then I can’t do anything about it.” It was repeated multiple times during the visit. When I asked specifically about blackheads and whether there were any products that could help, she told me to apply tretinoin 0.1% without any explanation. In my past experiences with other dermatologists, doctors usually explain how to introduce it gradually, and what side effects to expect. With Dr. Li, I had to ask every single detail myself. Overall, the visit felt rushed and unprofessional.

Terrible and extremely frustrating experience. This dermatology office is completely disorganized and unprofessional. We provided our insurance card from the beginning, which clearly showed my son’s member ID. Instead of reviewing the information properly, they incorrectly entered my member ID and then called us simply to say the insurance was inactive, without taking the time to verify their own mistake. Because of this, I had to call my insurance company myself. During that call, the correct member ID—already listed on the card we originally provided—was finally entered, and the issue was resolved immediately. It was during this call that the person handling the insurance was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The lack of attention to detail, accountability, and basic courtesy is unacceptable for a medical office. Employees like this only drive clients away and are a major reason why some practices are not successful. I would absolutely not recommend this office.

Appointment was at 9am wasn’t seen until 9:45. I saw the Dr. Maybe 10 min. I had a tiny scab on my leg, which she said “it could be a wart, I’ll just burn It off”. Did not discuss cost with me at all. Leaving the appointment, I paid my copay and was charged an extra $156 for the burning off of my scab. I would have put compound w on it had I known it was going to cost that much. The person that checked me out was lovely though, I appreciated her kindness.

Had a long wait yet time was very rushed with the doctor. Check in process is awkward as there are 2 different offices at the same desk and the other office has weird signs up. No one is friendly, it's a very herded process. I didn't get to ask questions as everything was so rushed. I was told they'd give me pricing information for a future procedure and wasn't. I've called and messaged and still can't get them to reply.

I was told they were accepting new patients and that with the self-pay option I would only need to pay $200. However, a procedure was done without my knowledge, and I was later charged an additional $84. When I asked for clarification about the bill and a possible payment plan, I didn’t receive an explanation—only a request to pay the balance. I would have appreciated clearer communication about costs and billing details in advance.

Went here for mole removal, pay $350 out of my pocket as was negotiated with doctor like in bazaar before procedure. Later they started sending me new bill for another $365 just for nothing. After several bills i received collection agency letter. So be careful with this place, double check price, take receipt, ask someone to give you paperwork, proofing no due balance ((((
