Highly recommend! Patient since 8yrs I had an excellent experience with this dermatologist. All of my skin concerns were clearly explained and effectively treated, and I’m very happy with the results. The doctor is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully and answer all my questions. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire visit comfortable and smooth from start to finish. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment plan provided. I truly appreciate the level of expertise and attention I received. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dermatology care.

Most of the staff was wonderful, however I was a bit disappointed with the way my appointment was conducted. Initially the appointment was great and I was diagnosed easily, however when it came down to the last few minutes and I was asked what questions I may have, I wasn’t even able to get my full first question out before I was told that we didn’t have time and I was very quickly prescribed medications. The manner in which the rest of my questions regarding my treatments were answered made me honestly feel a bit stupid. My provider left the room in what felt like a rush and I was left asking the MA questions about my prescriptions. I arrived to my appointment on time and was primarily waiting on the providers. I understand being booked and having many patients but there should be adequate time to properly ensure each patient understands their diagnosis and prescriptions without being rushed out. Overall, everyone was kind, however I didn’t appreciate being made to feel silly for not already knowing the specific details of my new prescription and asking my provider questions about it!

Patrice Simon, one of the PA’s that works here, is really wonderful. She took the time to listen to me and I felt comfortable with her plan of care and she explained things well to me. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Very clean office, staff is friendly and courteous. Glad to have found my new dermatologist!

She does my annual skin check up and also has taken care of things like moles. The atmosphere in the office is also very relaxing and comfortable.

I recently moved to Frisco after living elsewhere for many years, and finding new providers can feel overwhelming. I am so glad I chose Legacy Dermatology! From start to finish, my experience was better than I could have hoped for, even better than my previous dermatologist. They were able to get me in quickly and made the insurance and paperwork process seamless. The front desk staff were kind, and the office itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen, which I really appreciated. Patrice, along with the medical assistant Daniel, was wonderful. They listened carefully to all of my concerns and took the time to address everything in one appointment instead of asking me to schedule multiple visits. She explained things thoroughly, answered all my questions without judgment, and made me feel truly cared for as a patient. It was such a refreshing and reassuring experience. They also followed up quickly and efficiently regarding my prescriptions, which made everything even smoother. Overall, this has been the best dermatology experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling comfortable, heard, and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Legacy Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the area!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE OFFICE. I called to make an appointment and the lady over the phone advised me that I would need to pay a $75 deposit. If the appointment was cancelled then I would lose the deposit. If I kept the appointment but decided not to proceed with treatment, I could use the $75 toward other products at the office. Regardless, the visit would be billed through my medical insurance. The stated policy was fair, but I was tricked. Read on. Patrice was the NP (or PA, but not a doctor) who saw me. She has a terrible bedside manner and was arrogant and dismissive. After one second she claimed to have made a definitive diagnosis and told me my treatment options. She was in a hurry to see the next patient I guess, or impatient that I was taking more than 5 seconds to make a decision and she looked down and started examining her nails (it felt very condescending and was extremely rude and unprofessional). At checkout (I decided not to proceed because of Patrice and her horrible attitude), they charged me a $40 co-pay to bill through my medical insurance. The claim was denied and after MONTHS of back and forth emails, the billing person Letty, who I guess conferred with management, finally conceded that the $75 was for the appointment and they accidentally charged me the $40 co-pay and would I like to get a refund? (!!!?). I asked for a refund. No response from them. I had to call the office and Letty told me she was just waiting for my credit card number to process the refund. Would have been nice if they told me that. I told her that they must have some miscommunication with their front office staff and someone needs re-training. She said don't worry this has been handled internally and it won't happen again. (that doesn't help me). This office is dishonest, has deceptive billing practices, and Patrice’s bedside manner left much to be desired. Wish I read the reviews before and wish I could give this place negative stars. I can only believe that most of the positive reviews are fake.

I had two discussions this evening, one with my 85+ year old mom and one with my almost 40 year old nephew and they both expressed their frustration with the medical community, doctors etc., and trying to make appointments. My recent experience has been quite the opposite thanks to Legacy Dermatology. I was reminded of what a pleasant experience I had with Legacy - especially considering it involved cancer removal (BCC). Sorry HIPPA - it’s my info and I don’t mind sharing. I noticed I had a new growth on my leg a few months ago and I used Legacy’s messaging app to send a picture and they immediately responded back with a suggestion I come in. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they saw me a few days later. I arrived on time and they took me right away (for all three visits (pre-op, op and post op). They confirmed my suspicion and did a biopsy which came back positive, so we scheduled the minor operation for a week or so out and that went well. The staff is friendly and very professional. I went in two weeks later for follow up and stitch removal! All is well. I would recommend them to anyone!

Patrice Simon, PA-C Certified Physician Assistant Is the worst Assistant I've ever seen, and I will never go back to this dermatologist office. When I was called back to the office, the lady who took me back, had my chart in her hand. She was scrolling my chart but never stopped to actually read it. She started asking me alot of questions about why I was there, and what was the previously treated for, and where were the spots located on my body. This made me very annoyed. The first time I was there, I put on a gown and they looked at my whole body and not only took notes about where the spots were, but also pictures. So, if she would have simply done her job and looked at my chart, she would have known the answers. Then unprofessional Patrice Simon comes in and starts asking me the exact same damn questions! I asked her since she's the professional, why doesn't she know the answer to where the spots are that they treated? She said she sees many patients and because it's my body!!! No excuse!!!! If you care about your patients and you're a professional, It doesn't take two minutes to look at my chart that they took forever to document. She then gets an attitude with me because I'm pissed off and I'm asking her why she doesn't know these things to the point where she refused to do the follow up exam and kicked me out. If she can't pretend to care about her patients, she should go find another profession.

I LOVE Dr. Farid, Koi and Paige. They are amazing! Not only is Dr. Farid highly skilled in his craft he and the entire staff really care about their patients. He is very conservative in his treatment recommendations and provides natural results. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn’t try to up sale you on procedures you don’t need. He recommends enhancements that will be most beneficial within budget. I am new to this anti aging journey and I love the natural results. Koi is a sweetheart and she gives the best massages ever. Paige is a breath of fresh air and she genuinely cares about people. I trust Dr. Farid and Koi with my face and I am so happy that I decided to invest in my skincare with a team that is full of integrity, skill and compassion. I am extremely greatful for Dr. Farid and the favor I have received from him and his office staff. Trust me you don’t have to be rich to have “work” done. They have options for everyone and provide top tier services.

Really nice office which is clean, bright and comfortable. Parking is easy right in front of the building. Team members and doctors all welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. 2 stars off for the young woman at the front desk who looked absolutely miserable. Maybe a pet died recently or some other bad news? No good morning greeting, no please or thank you, just the lowest energy possible in facilitating check in which made us feel as if we were bothering her. I watched person after person walk in and greet her good morning while she sat there staring back with dead eyes. When the face of your business is so dour and apathetic it makes you not want to to return.
