Awful place. Front staff and the person doing the treatment was very rude. I had to be rescheduled twice to get an appointment in the first place. Drove 40 minutes and arrived 5 minutes late for my 1:40 appointment, due to holiday traffic, only to be lectured by the two rude ladies refusing to do the full treatment. 8 minutes into the treatment at 1:54, while my treatment was scheduled until 2, she said she had to stop treating me, even though there were 6 minutes left. Seems like they're rude and being racist on purpose. I thought it was just me, but the other reviews seem to confirm it. The office ladies are the rudest and need to be gone, if not this place is going to go to trash. The folks at other centers are much more professional and nice. I would avoid going to this one.

The laser treatment is effective, and the staff is friendly. But getting an appointment is a nightmare. They don't have the capacity to accommodate all the clients, and I literally called to make an appointment and they told me they only have openings until February—three months for an appointment! Even though I've already paid for the entire service, the only option they give you is to go to another location, and they don't have any other locations in the same city, only in other cities that, in my case, are very far away. Anyway! If you're the type of person who doesn't mind paying and receiving the service three months later, Milan Laser will work for you. Otherwise, forget it. If you have to cancel an appointment, they won't give you the option to reschedule it for the same month.
