I would rather give them a 0 but I am forced to give a one. These people are very unprofessional and I have a bad experience with them. Each time I let them slide and take it as not a big deal but now I feel as if I am forced to speak of what they have done. I did a laser in there old location the manager was very nice and it was all good until then I asked for the same person to do my laser instead of a random person every time. Although I feel there is a problem with the employers because they hire a new person every time , Any ways I also let this happen and didn’t complain knowing that the store could be going through a rough spot. Then atop all this I go again and the machine breaks (The heat was to high and it was forced to stop) which is a MASSIVE problem which could have ended with severe problems and they wasted my time. I was late last time by about 7-10 minutes and they decide to call me and said there is a 50$ fee that comes with being late which I can get past but the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. She had a clear attitude and was frustrated when I said that she has to be calm and professional when talking to clients. Alright I would pay the fee but when the machine broke they decided to give another appointment even though this was a big safety hazard and they said they had it “all under control” but now when I don’t pay a fee they decide to cancel all my appointments that I payed for. All in all I would not recommend unless your trying to get bad service.

I came for b12 shots, but I left with a smile. The staff here is outstanding! Some people may be upset with the very standard late /no-show fee. My suggestion is call ahead if you are going to run late they are very understanding.

Went there today first time. Good customer service but they charge a $25 consultation fee. Let me tell you something: they didn’t talk about a single thing. She came, asked where to sit, which arm to put and put it and left. There was not even a single hint of consultation at all. I am happy with the service and not happy that I have to pay for something that was useless and wasted.

I went to this location for Botox and it was a wonderful first experience. The facility was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and my appointment was on time. The nurse who did my injections was really friendly and open to answering all my questions (I had quite a few with this being my first time) I had 20 units put in my forehead in January and it’s lasted about 4 months for me. I’m grateful for this experience as I was super nervous at first. Highly recommend!

My experience with this place was very bad. I don’t understand how it got 4.6 stars? I took I purchased a coupon for 20 units of Botox which was reading $127 when I went thr they said I need to pay $25 more for consultation as it is my first visit I was surprised what consultation I am not taking consultation I was a taking a Botox service that was first blunder. I normally take 40 units to cover my eyes forehead n bunny lines. Since I took only 20 units package I expected them to do my eyes which we call crow feet n one bunny line which was causing under eye lines . But in next 1 week I saw hardly any result. I called them back n they asked me to come n visit mean while girl on ph said we hv recommended 50-60 units for u I was literally shocked. I said the lady who was doing my job was asking me to buy 20 more units for forehead she never mentioned 50-60 units to me n I had never took that much Botox for eyes and forehead area. I went thr- First thing she said who we can not do anything for under eye lines ( which she should hv told me before taking 1st sitting bcus they charged me $25 for what consultation . 2nd she said who u need 35-40 units more to cover your frown lines I was shocked to hear that but I asked her to fix it in 35 units. And when it came to billing I was charged $460 for 35units which means I paid $721 for 55 units of Botox which is way to high and it is my 3 rd day after addition units of Botox, I still hv frown lines visible rather one is looking more prominent now I noticed additional lines forming on my eyes on the side which are very looking getting deeper. Today if u ask me I definitely feel cheated. I hv paid sooooo much and results as not even ok standard. I WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I loved it from the moment I walked in and was greeted with warm smiles! It was very ascetically pleasing and clean. I did not Ha e to wait but a minute. When we went back to the room, my nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended a different injectable for the area I was doing than what I had planned on. She said what I was going to use was for small areas not a whole forehead. She was fast, it was painless and still looks great several months later! Highly recommend them!!!

I had hoped that it would be great. Staff was nice… I got Botox and not only do I have a Burts vain , one side is dropping on my eyelid.. I had Botox before and never had these side affects.. I will not be coming back.

Should be zero stars. I got a groupon- supposedly there is a $25 consult fee for b12 shots… because I need a consultation for a shot.. anyway- i didnt know this- it was not on groupon and when i called to make an appt it wasnt there as well. So imagine my surprise when i got there. Well I decided I wouldnt just pay it like everyone else does. No maam I dont like to be misled. i asked for a refund. The owner was so very rude and condescending she said she would do it when she got to it basically. Update- I did receive my refund. So will delete the previous comment. Buyer beware….
