Came in today for lip filler and 5 stars just isn’t enough. They are a little pricey however I’m a firm believer in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Tonya was absolutely amazing! So patient and precise. It was a great experience, the lady who did the injections was very gentle and the pain was minimal. I purchased 50 units of Botox at the sale price of $8 per unit. I thought 50 units would be sufficient. Where I usually go for Botox they always use 42 to 44 units and that includes the entire forehead, crows feet and the “lip flip”. At Ideal Image they used the whole 50 units on my forehead and crows feet, and I had to purchase an additional 4 units for the lip flip at $10 per unit, not the sales price. Other than having to purchase the additional units, they did an awesome job and I was treated very kindly and was well informed about the process from the wonderful injector! I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks, incase I need a touch up. So hopefully the process goes as expected, and I won’t need a touch up.

I absolutely loved ideal Image before I came to the Garland‘s location, The Front Desk lady named Jasmine is very nice and approachable. But the actual management takes forever to get back with you will not respond to your emails. Say they will call you and then take a vacation instead of calling you. I would recommend Ideal Image just not this location. I did receive laser hair removal when I was in with a unknown, unexpected tattoo removal as well.. which they make you go get a estimate which they’re not gonna match your estimate or nowhere near your estimate so at the end of the day, your tattoo will still be ruined.

Ideal Image has been billing me for services NEVER received. I tried to cancel my appointment cuz I couldn't afford it never once even entering their building and they have been billing me every month for services never received. They said I had to give them my credit card information before they could even book my first appointment. I canceled before ever receiving any appointment and they billed me for never even going into their building. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. They have now sent my account to collections for never providing me with any service at all. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PLEASE BE WARE!!!!!
