I love Dr Elemuren! She’s down to Earth and treats you like a human being not just a patient. She also tries to get to the root of a problem not just disguising the symptoms. Rather find out what’s the cause and take the necessary steps to fix it. She is the best doctor I have ever been to. Since I started going to her my wife does now as well! Hopefully we never need a new doctor because it would be hard to fill her shoes!

About 3or 4 years ago, Dr Elemuren was my Doctor, I loved the service I received, unfortunately with Tricare I had to go back to Ft Hood for service. Everyone make mistakes and we shouldn’t be eager to throw stones because of improper handling of paper work. Medical forms are complicated sometimes, improper training happens. Anyway, I am back with Dr Elemuren after so many years and I love her service. Thank you Dr Elemuren for your service

Called to make a last minute appointment with this office. Received a call back in less than 5 mins but the person that answered the phone just rudely hung up on me after telling me my insurance wasn’t accepted. He didn’t even try to offer to give me pricing without insurance or ask if I still wanted to come in.

Just moved here and was looking for a new family practice. Found this place. My gut alerted me something was off when the front desk people were struggling with my insurance. They kept saying “state insurance” and I said “no, insurance thru my employer” then they couldn’t figure out my co-pay. I had to show it to them myself on my insurance app. Saw the doctor, actually liked her. I felt like she was detailed, didn’t prescribe anything that I didn’t need and addressed my problem. The problem started here - she prescribed me an antibiotic for my UTI. She gives it to me in a hand written prescription, thought this was odd. I took it to my pharmacy cvs and they said my insurance is rejecting the claim. I said “what” and they gave me a print out for the reason why. I called cvs insurance and asked to speak to someone specialized in my insurance plan after 3 hours on the phone I learned this doctor is black listed from CVS ( maybe others) by the state/office inspection general office. I googled this and it states it could be for several reasons: being unlicensed physician, fraud, prescription fraud and the list goes on. Unless I want to pay for the prescription I have to find another doctor and pay another co pay to get a prescription that is valid. Beware of this place! Do your research check the state of Texas office general inspection office about this doctor. It’s not good news!

This weight loss clinic is the best thing that has hit centex in a long time! I have been going to Dr.E for the past 7 months. Her weight loss program helped me lose 47lbs! 47 POUNDS IN 7 MONTHS! I don’t know what else to say! Dr E was there with me every step of the way!!! I can’t recommend her more I’m 13lbs from my ideal weight and i know for a fact without dr.e i would never have reached this.

Tried to call for an appt as a new patient on Monday 11/9/20 and the girl who answered the phone said they take walk-ins until 4pm and they close at 5. Told her I wanted to make an appt, she said I could just walk in. I asked if it was "busy now", she said they had no patients at the time. I said "oh ok, I'll come up now then" She then started whispering and said "actually my doctor just stepped out and I was going to close the office early today." I'm sorry, what? Why go through all of that and not tell me up front that you were closing early? And why did she start whispering when she said the doctor was gone for the day, at 1500 and she was closing down early for the day? Not a very good first impression. I chose this office due to the high ratings....but that phone call left me very very leery.
