Beware! I came in and had my exam and was told I owed a co pay. I had chemotherapy and radiation and had not only met my deductible I had paid my total maximum per year. I told her that and she was rude and said well if they don’t pay you owe it. Then I get a bill for almost $400! I called and she said the referral was expired and it’s your responsibility. I don’t work there or know that. Had I known I would’ve got it prior. I understand it’s my responsibility but I don’t work in that field I didn’t know I had to check if they did their job. They so kindly said ok if you pay 100 that’s fine. They are careless and didn’t take any accountability but blamed me .. she said that’s your insurance … never going back

I have been going to this office for about 6 months now, and have had really great experiences. All of the office staff have been so kind and friendly, they have been flexible with me when running into scheduling issues for work travel, and Dr. Parry is great! I think the prices are fair and maybe lean on the pricey side but for the quality of care and the staff it's definitely worth it.

The provider is fine, but the front desk is messed up. I always wait for over 30 minutes with my toddler. I was late once for 2 minutes after the grace period, and they counted it as no-show and had to reschedule. The staffs are terriblely unfriendly. Won't return.

Great experience. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. Greeted by name. Did not have time to open up Texas Monthly magazine before I was called back. Once in back I only waited a few brief minutes before the Dr. , came in. She recalled my last check and gave me reassurance that what I was concerned about was an easy fix. Got out the nitro and fixed the problems. Great experience!
