Candy is absolutely amazing, dedicated, and so competent! She is so caring and sweet and treats her clients with so much kindness! I've been going to Candy for electrolysis for a couple months now and I can't recommend her enough! I've gone to two other places for electrolysis in the past and I always came back with white bumps all over my face and never saw results. However, after being treated by Candy once, I saw major differences! I honestly can't believe how much of a difference I've seen in the last couple months. Candy has been an absolute blessing. Candy is also very competent at what she does. She really takes her time to properly get the hair out and provides great aftercare. She even keeps going after time is up, just to get every hair she can! I've recently also started some laser with her and the results there have also been great. If you have every thought of getting electrolysis or laser, Candy is the best person to go to!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with candy. I gave her two chances, and both visits were unacceptable. The work was poorly done—many hairs were left untreated, making the sessions feel pointless and a waste of money. Throughout the appointments, she repeatedly pinched my skin just to try to see the hairs, which was painful, unnecessary, and very uncomfortable. On top of that, during one extraction she suddenly raised her voice at me, telling me to sit properly in the chair. The yelling came out of nowhere and felt completely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially during an already sensitive procedure. Electrolysis requires precision, patience, and care, and unfortunately none of that was present. I left feeling uncomfortable, dissatisfied, and frustrated both times. I would not recommend this technician to anyone looking for careful, thorough, and respectful service.

Before going to Candy my underarms and bikini line had extremely dark, course hair and I would get awful razor rash every time I shaved. TL;DR I had a lot of hair on my face and now I don't. The lady has been practicing for longer than I have been on this earth and does an amazing job. So I unfortunately grow a lot of hair on my chin and cheek area. At some point I am going to upload pictures but it was as much as a teenage boy. I shaved my face for a month to let all the hair grow up to skin level. Then for 3-4 days I didn't shave at all and went in. It took her two 1hr sessions to get all the hair. Now I am super smooth. I have another appointment to get any reminders. So I will update later.
