Purchased a Groupon, tried calling a few times to schedule an appointment but was forwarded to voicemail each time. Come to find out after physically going to the location that it’s actually closed for business. A Google search is what told me that they merged with River Oaks Galleria med spa. Thankfully they will honor my Groupon there.

I had a session of full body LHR and the technician was very professional and I already see a huge difference. I was initially hesitant because of some older reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance!!! It seems like any past issues have been resolved because my experience was great and I had zero issues. I’ve already referred a friend. The staff was incredibly professional, made me feel comfortable and not awkward throughout, and explained every step of the process. The clinic was clean, and the equipment was accurate at making the process painless. I was laughing for most of the session from conversing with my tech. Most importantly, the results are amazing! I highly recommend giving them a try. 5 stars. Update: 3 sessions in and I’m 95% hairless!!! I can’t believe how much time I wasted shaving before. My review is very kind because the staff are so lovely and respectful, these ladies do a great job.

Lleé laser and aesthetics is the best at laser! Always a pleasant experience with my technician Kelley. Kelley is very knowledgeable and super sweet. Not to mention the salon is BEAUTIFUL. Will definitely recommend Lleé to anyone looking for beauty services.

Don’t be fooled by the nice ambiance! The young owner is dishonest and hasn’t learned how to run a business! Staff doesn’t answer the phone because they leave in between appointments as I was told the owner will not pay them. This makes it hard to cancel or change appointments since tbey don’t check messages either! Then they will say you didn’t call or show up ignoring a your message left many days earlier trying to reschedule. Young, inexperienced staff of 20’s making it impossible to get consistent and quality service if you find someone half decent. The owner (Sonia was gifted the business from her parents! ) has no beauty or business experience which is probably why turnover is so high. No one has been there more than 7 months! An employee even shared that she has been asked to substitute lower quality facial products and still charge the same price! Not to mention I found laser hair services from other places last longer. Not to mention the Jack up prices to offer specials! Consider yourself warned if you choose to go here.

This is a beautiful medspa with caring staff, I came for a hydra facial and it was amazing. The receptionist Makayla was super polite and helpful. Although, it was my first time there they treated me as a long time customer. Very impressed 10/10

This is for a haircut and blowout I got a while back, right when they first opened. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given a tour of the facility so I could really see what E L L E É had to offer and the services they provided. I love the minimalistic look and the high quality of products and services provided. Ashley was the one that cut my hair and did a really great job listening to what I wanted since it had been a while since cutting my hair, and was looking to revamping my look. It was also extremely informative and consultative since I knew everything that was being done to my hair from not only just how it was being cut, but also the products that were being used and their benefits. They did an amazing job and recommended them for haircuts and other services as well!

I went in a few days ago for my very first laser. I was incredibly nervous about the process. The spa was gorgeous to say the least. When I walked in my laser appointment and was greeted by my laser tech Araceli. She was so nice and instantly put me at ease. She walked me through the entire process and after a few minutes I noticed I was excited to get the process started. Araceli was so knowledgeable and it felt like I was with one of my girls just chatting and giggling away. I am looking forward to my next appointment and would recommend this spa and Araceli to all of my friends.

I purchased the full body laser hair removal package and had the most amazing experience. The consultation was incredibly comfortable and I could tell that my hair care needs were being prioritized. My technician Narda was incredibly caring and very comfortable to be with! She always made sure that we were eliminating hair growth at every appointment and was very patient with me with my low pain tolerance. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Overall I had a great experience and I always recommend L’LEÉ to all my friends and family!
