Not sure about doctor’s work, but please don’t even bother trying to get ahold of the office. After several attempts, I spoke to Claudia, which from my understanding she works at the front desk for scheduling. I thought she was nice at first but, then she became rude over the phone. I have emails of me following up , and took me 3 times emailing to get a response. I confirmed a date, never got a response back, just called and was told that date is no longer available. They need a better job at communicating & have someone more on top of replying, & following with emails.

I had a 360 liposuction done like 3 weeks ago and I'm loving the results so far. Dr. Shine and his staff are very professional and they make sure you understand all the process and answer all your questions. I'm actually getting my lymphatic massage with Dani and she's so nice and careful I love her.

Hopefully, this is just a short-term hiccup. Maybe Karla, the representative I dealt with, was having a few bad days for several weeks in a row. Maybe Karla is not a people person and simply not as customer service oriented as one would expect. I went through with it anyway, paid an initial payment and scheduled a little work to be done. When it was time to have my consultation, nothing. I had to call the office to inquire, and I was told that I wasn't on the calendar, no one was available to provide a consultation, and the doctor was out "sick" and has been "dealing with an emergency". No thanks. Refund please. At the end of the day, maybe Karla just represents her environment 🤔.

I recently underwent a Lipo 360 procedure. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The procedure itself went very smoothly. The pain was very minimal, just some mild discomfort and soreness afterwards, but nothing unmanageable. Recovery has been going well so far, and my results are looking better every day. Crystal has been doing my post-op massages/z wave treatments. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and always checks in on my comfort level during the process. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Shukla at ShineMD if you are considering Lipo 360.

It’s been more than 6 months since I’ve gotten my lipo from Shinemd, and I should’ve just gone to Miami. I got lipo of my flanks, upper and lower abs, and my waist, and I can say that my waist circumference is still the same inches. I look smaller because my love handles are mostly gone, but my waist is not smaller. They took a lot of fat from my lower abs and not as much from my upper abs, so now when I get bloated, my upper stomach pokes out more than my lower stomach. And mind you, it’s not weight gain;their machine showed that I lost body fat and gained more muscle mass from walking everyday. Don’t even get me started on them ignoring me during the healing process. Dr. Shine said he couldn’t see me one week because he was getting his gallbladder removed, and then when I called again, he broke his tailbone. Also, my emails wouldn’t send to the nurse, Jennifer, so I had to walk in on them, and Dr. Shine was doing surgery with his broken tailbone. Overall, if I had to do lipo again, it wouldn’t be with them, and I would be asleep. The results are cool, but not amazing.
