The customer service at Kumi Med Spa was outstanding, and they were able to help me the moment I arrived. I also like how they were honest with me, and they didn't try to sell me anything too expensive when it wasn't necessary. I would recommend this place. My great experience caused me to want to purchase more future treatments. I received excellent customer service from the laser tech; I think her name was Michelle. She was very polite and accommodating. It was nice to be treated well by the person doing my laser session. Michelle is very professional. She made sure to make me feel very comfortable, and as a result, I knew I was in good hands. Michelle was also very thorough. I had an annoying razor bump, and she zapped it away. She also talked me through the sensitive areas that she was about to laser, which made those areas tolerable and practically painless. Overall, it was incredible how friendly and professional the staff were. They made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. I am now a forever customer.
