I’ve been coming to this med spa for a couple of years now, and the staff has always been so friendly and professional. I did have one service that didn’t quite work well with my body chemistry, which left me a little disappointed at first. But my follow-up appointment with Laura completely turned things around; she’s truly amazing! She took the time to understand what went wrong, made careful adjustments, and the results were absolutely beautiful. My lip filler and Botox have never looked better. I also want to give a special shoutout to Taylor at the front desk; she’s been there since I started coming and is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I began going to Beleza Med Spa in November 2016 and it has been a great experience ever since. My mom was the one who actually scheduled my initial appointment and she talked about how great the customer service was that she received over the phone. My mom has never stepped foot in this establishment and she talks very highly of Beleza Spa, so that should tell you a lot. Plus my mom is a hard critic. I've been receiving acne treatment sessions with Tehia R., she is absolutely amazing. There was not one time that I didn't understand what she was explaining to me. She was very informative and you can tell that she loves what she does. She was able to inform of the peel she was using, how it works, what to expect after and so on. There hasn't been one time to where she didn't talk me through all of the steps as she was performing them so that I would feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. In addition, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and I have definitely seen a tremendous in my face. Every time I call, Taylor, the receptionist, is always so polite and I love that! I would highly recommend Beleza Med Spa!

Dr. Staci Hix-Hernandez is the most amazing person, surgeon, and doctor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her whole staff is kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a very traumatic childbirth with my last child and I was reminded of that trauma every time I looked down at my stomach. During my consult I never felt like unrealistic expectation were given and I didn’t feel like I was an object that the surgeon couldn’t wait to open and mold. It felt like I was being seen and heard and given a solution all in one. Dr Hix-Hernandez did not ever try to upsell me and refused to do part of the procedure I wanted all at once due to safety issues. She also stated I would get more for my money if I waited to do lipo after the tummy tuck versus doing it all at once. She has sculpted my shape into something I am proud to call my own. Dr Hix-Hernandez also gives you her personal cell phone number and is very responsive after hours during the recovery process. I never felt worried that I would be abandoned if I needed help post operatively. I wish I had done this years ago but I guess then I wouldn’t have been in central Texas at the time so my outcome would have been very different. If this review isn’t persuasive enough then you can also refer to her multiple board certifications in Plastic (not cosmetic because anyone can be a “cosmetic surgeon” if they are an MD) surgery and her vast knowledge in this field. She is fantastic and I urge anyone who is wondering what plastic surgery or cosmetic beauty treatments can do for them then you have to check out Beleza med spa and surgery!
