I had a really positive experience at Glow Medspa. The staff were all really nice. The suite was very clean and had cute decor. The manager did my treatment. She was very thorough with providing all the information I needed before treatment and helpful with educating me on what to expect moving forward with treatments. I already recommended a friend here… but I definitely would recommend Glow Medspa for those looking for laser services as well as other spa treatments.

It's a big scam. They will sign with your name on the membership without any email or notification message . They argue for saying its been sign by the member of our family, which is not true. Cheating customers taking money from the account after the course has been done and without any notification or email they keep just taking money silently. When we observe the card has been charged, and ask them they will say we have signed on membership which is not true and somebody from that team signed my name without informing. Very rude and no patience and after knowing its their mistake still they argue with us and not refunding the money. They give the credits after the whole treatment is over. They have done everything and saying we have signed which is not true. Didn't expect that they go this low.. Very disappointed

I've had experience with other later places and Glow Medspa has been the best by far. They are friendly, helpful and educated in what they are doing. Avery had great bedside manner and was explaining how everything works and answering my many questions! Highly recommend.

Today I had an appointment with glow med spa. Usually, the staff and service are always great and above average. But, today I did not get the full treatment I initially booked. I am not sure if that was the front desk/receptionist’s fault in booking or what. With back and forth with the tech. We only did two parts. I usually do 4. I was done arguing with them at this point and agreed to get two parts done. The tech did reach out to their manager and I will say I the manager gave me a credit. The tech was also understanding about it. At this point, I thought all was fine and settled. When the below happened.. The extremely awkward part was when I walked out of the room and I had the front staff like (5-6 girls) just staring at me and looking at me in a weird way like I had done something wrong. To the owner/manager please educate your front staff in A) how to book a whole appointment properly. B) don’t have a whole crowded front office stare at client when making another appointment. It is extremely disrespectful and inappropriate.

I just had my third appointment for hair removal in my underarms with Jordan, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I began to see results after the first appointment, and every time I go, I see better results. The staff at Glow Medspa is always so kind and helpful. They do a great job explaining to me what to expect during the session and aftercare. There is very minimal-to-no pain, and the technicians always ask how I’m doing during the procedure. I really appreciate how quick it is too! I have not experienced wait time, and it always feels like I’m in and out. Highly recommend their services!

Let me start off by saying - I was super excited about this appointment. I purchase a "medium" package off of Groupon. Groupon did not have any specifications on what areas that were or weren't included. The price was amazing and they had really good reviews. I come from an industry where customer service is so very important and just wish this had been better. Tried calling to set up an appointment, but had a hard time getting a hold of someone. Had to leave a voicemail each time I called. Finally, someone called me back to get the appointment scheduled and the availability was 2 weeks out. This wasn't a problem. I assumed they were receiving high volume due to the great Groupon offer. I explained to the lady over the phone that I wanted my lip done and my chin done and purchase a "medium" area since they were both listed as a small area and the full face was listed under a medium area on Glo Med Spa's website. She said "Sure, that shouldn't be a problem." This lady also led me to believe that the first appointment, I would be receiving treatment along with a consultation. Fast forward to today, I arrive for my appointment 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork, etc. As I am signing in, the girl at the front said "We are seeing you for the full face." That's when I mentioned again that my area of concern is my lip and chin area. I don't need my cheeks or the upper part of my face completed. I bought the medium package just to do the lower part, basically lip & chin. They explained that they can't do that. It would need to be the full face. They didn't mention that it could be another medium size area. I also didn't know that my appointment was only for a consultation. That it wasn't for the actual treatment. I told them that wasn't explained at the time I have booked the appointment. I told them I was very disappointed as these are the areas of my concerns. When I mentioned that I wanted to go ahead with a refund, they did say they would do it, which was good, but I just felt as though they weren't very accommodating. They knew what areas I was concerned about, and not once did they say "Hey, this is your consultation time, why don't you come back and let's figure out how we can make this work." Instead, they continued to just debate the areas through the front office window. This led to confusion on my part too. I think that if they spent the time sitting with me and explaining the areas and trying to keep a customer some of it could have been avoided. By the time I brought up moving the location of the area I will have treated - apparently - I wasn't even able to have my consultation appointment that was scheduled. They had booked appointments so close together, that they weren't even able to see me as the other appointments had arrived. They also kept trying to up sell me to a $99 monthly subscription. I am like why would I do that when you aren't even accommodating me now? In the end, I kept my Groupon, had to reschedule my appointment for another week out. We will see how that goes and I will update my review. Ultimately, I still so disappointed and kind of wish I had just taken the refund. At least I didn't pay full price.
