The staff here is amazing. The nurses are wonderful. They really make you feel welcome. Dr. Jason Dominguez was very thorough with his plan for me. He took the initiative to help me every way he possibly could. I really would recommend this facility. They are very friendly and respectful!

My wife went in during their 25% off promotion in September. After consultation with Sandra, it was agreed that my wife needed three treatments. We had the first treatment a week later and paid in full for the pro rata share for the first treatment. Sandra then made an appointment with my wife to have the other two treatments in November. Approximately 2 hours before my wife’s second treatment ( keep in mind that we live 100 miles from Odessa and we were already in the city) Sandra called us and told us that if we wanted the 25% discounted rate, we would need to return and have the treatment on December 3rd. I couldn’t believe my ears! Very unorganized and unprofessional is the best I can say about this center.

Went to an event of theres, after one of there employees suggested after a consultation. She was nice but i dont remember her name. Almost everyone at that event there were so unfriendly. They apparently could use a class on customer service. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough! 👎🏽

It was a 5 star review when i first visited. But i received the kybella 2 months ago and my chin still hurts and part of its still numb. A month after i decide to do botox... big mistake. I made it very clear i didn't want my eyebrows to droop. 30 days later i still can't see my eyelids. Infact they were very uneven. Thank goodness Dr Rosso himself tried to repair the damage. But i still won't wear eye makeup... i can't wait until it goes away ... theyalso don't go over any after care for either procedure.. just wanted to help someone NOT go thru what i did... i honestly Very Rarely give bad reviews. They are all very friendly though. Dangit.
