The staff was very welcoming. Alexa and Morgan made my first experience very worry free. They told me exactly what to expect and made sure I was comfortable during my treatments. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling my next appointments.

I had the worst experience. The first time I went, I walked in the door. I checked in and explained to the lady that I would like to use my Alli app. She said OK no problem and told me to sit down. I was the only person in the location as well as the only person in the lobby. I sat there for 45 minutes and then she came over and said she forgot to check me in. Once I was finally in the room, they give you an evaluation of how many units they need to use and they ask you to pay for receiving the services. I told them I would be using my alley app and 25 minutes later they still did not know how to use the Alli app. I’m now been there for a little over an hour even though I checked in and told them I’d be using that Alli app from the moment I entered. I ended up leaving after an hour and a half still having not received any services. When I spoke with the manager, she said oh sorry the front desk lady is new. While I completely understand and respect, someone learning the in and out of a new position, knowing to check someone in upon their arrival and or figuring it out earlier than 45 minutes later when they’re the only ones in the lobby does not feel like something that needs to be learned. When I came back a few days later, I checked in and the manager did not even come out to say anything to me. When I confirmed with the front desk, people all the details so that I did not experience the same wait time they went and got the manager. The manager poked her head out of the office and said “yes I remember you.” Very abruptly. I’m not sure why she said that as I was not questioning that fact. That was the only thing that was sent to me and she returned back to her office. For the location I was getting service for I typically get 10 units last week six months at other places. They recommended 22 units and I never saw the full effect in a little bit that I didn’t see more off within two months. The deals and promotion, but they offer are not worth it when you consider your time and how often you’ll have to receive services. Do not go here

The Plano location is awful. I am always seen by a different practitioner that asks the same questions as the time before- they are not noting my account or looking back before the service. The staff is always and changing/lots of turnover, and at my last scheduled appt they called and canceled on me WAY after the 24 hour mark because the practitioner was out. Incredibly unprofessional- do not waste your money or time. The online staff and the branch staff are not on the same page. There are plenty of other offices nearby in Plano that offer the same service for less.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Be Careful Before Starting with Ideal Image They start with virtual consultation where they quickly looked at my face on video and suggested multiple random treatments without proper evaluation. They never focus on one treatment — they make sure you end up paying for at least three treatments upfront (thru video call assessment, even before your first face to face appointment). When I went for the actual treatment, the physician said another treatment would help me more. I asked why that wasn’t suggested in the first place, and she just said, “We’re preparing your skin,” which made no sense. It felt like they just keep adding treatments to make you spend more. Also, be aware they charge $50 if you miss or reschedule within 24 hours, no exceptions. Overall, this place cares more about selling packages than providing the right treatment. Definitely not transparent or patient-focused.

Kyra at the front desk is such a sweetheart and helpful! I asked her a million questions and she had detailed answers for every one! Bri was my injector and I’ve been to her 3 times now. She is so gentle and so nice! She was also patient with all my questions and helped me figure out the best plan for me. I have LOVED my results every time. I signed up for services with a location local to me, then a week later that location closed, and then was sold to another provider, all within 2 weeks of signing up at a location that I chose ONLY because of its proximity to my home, as I choose to ride a bike for my transportation rather than use a car. Now, even though I have not had a single service yet, I am told that I cannot cancel my account due to it being within 60 miles of my house? Tried calling the "corporate" office, which sent me to the local Plano location, where I was told that I would 100% not be able to cancel, I could use the services or not but I would still be paying for them. I mentioned having to go through BBB or something and the person said that since I mentioned a lawsuit they would no longer be able to help me, I would need to "call corporate," which I'd tried doing in the first place. I asked if they could provide that number, she told me to Google it and hung up when I asked for her name. Is this really how your place runs its business? Whatever you do, do NOT finance anything with Ideal Image. Ignore the groupons. Ignore the ads. Unfortunately my partner is still tied into using their services, but as soon as that's done we will never step foot in whatever locations are left at that time.
