The service was not painful at all, and the results were amazing—my skin feels incredibly smooth, with that soft, baby-skin feel I love. I would absolutely recommend her services and will definitely be returning for additional waxing treatments!

This place was really nice. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I received laser hair removal on a few different areas including my face. Over time I noticed that my hair growth was not being reduced in fact it grew back thicker and I had more hair growing on my face. I now have to shave daily and after shaving I have hair back on my face by then end of the day. I am completely devastated. I think they should inform customers that there is a possibility of paradoxical hypertrichosis Which is increase & darker hair growth after laser treatment. I now have to spend more time and money to get my facial hair correct with electrolysis. Other than that I would give this establishment 5 stars

Ms. Kay and the entire staff are the best, hands down. There was a mix up on my appointment time but that was no problem at all. Ms. Kay and everyone else made sure to fit me in and took great care of me. I had my first microneedling session by Vicky. She knew I was nervous and went out of her way to make sure I was ok the whole time. She talked me through it and kept me calm. Thank you Luxe!! This place is a gem and I will be happy to drive from my home in Frisco anytime to see you guys again! Thank you for being so friendly and warm :)
