Dr. Ochs and his staff are superb. Always friendly and amazingly efficient. No wasted time ever. Scheduling appointments is easy. Check in is smooth--no endless filling out redundant forms or insurance questionnaires. Wait times are pretty much zero at the front desk, in the waiting area, and in the exam room. Sometimes I'm called in early before I even sit down. No magazines needed! Exams and treatment are focused and effective. Dr. Ochs is always professional and cordial. The visit is routinely finished within minutes of the scheduled time. Truly a model practice.

My kids and I have been patients here for 20 years. Dr. Ochs is the best! I've moved out of San Antonio now, but I would rather drive 50 minutes than go anywhere else. The office staff has always been courteous, friendly, and efficient. I don't think I've ever seen them in a bad mood, which you can't say for a lot of offices these days.

Dr. Ochs is phenomenal! From the kind & welcoming staff, to his quick help & reassurance… you can tell he has the knowledge to take great care of you from the start! My first appointment, Dr. Ochs took time to explain the condition of my skin, shared trusted websites to learn more about it, and prescribed medication to get the quickest results in the safest & easiest way possible. He always showed genuine care & commitment to helping me! I saw AMAZING results in only 2 weeks, just like he said, and I feel SO confident looking & being in my skin now! I had my first experience with Dr. Ochs today, and I should preface by saying I loathe going to see any doctor. Not because of any disrespect for the profession, but because I have this innate sense that every time I go to see any doctor, I’m steeping gradually closer to shucking off this mortal coil. My first impression of Dr. Ochs and his office was excellent. His team was kind and didn’t have a problem listening to my dad jokes and laughing genuinely. Dr. Ochs has a calm demeanor, and he doesn’t try to sell you on all the auxiliary benefits available today in modern dermatology. On top of all of this my appointment time was met and I didn’t have to wait. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay here.

Seemed like a nice man but I honestly feel a bit let down. I called weeks ahead to schedule an appointment for my toddler and asked if he treated children, since we’re new to the area and didn’t have any specific specialists in mind. I was told he did. We show up on the day of our appointment and the staff was really friendly and got us in immediately. However, he spent less time on us than we spent waiting for him. Apparently he sees less pediatric patients now and referred me to a pediatric dermatologist. I mean if I would’ve been told that from the beginning, I wouldn’t have driven all the way across town just for a figurative band-aid (some ointment) and a referral. Glad my insurance paid for the visit, and I only paid my co-pay, but seriously. I DROVE ACROSS TOWN AND PAID TO GET A REFERRAL.

This doctor has been the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He not only cared about my well being but he also made sure I was comfortable. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, I felt as I was apart of their family, considering this was my first visit. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of a dermatologist. I’ve been to other dermatologist and felt like they only cared about money and not about me.
